











摘" 要:近年來,隨著德州市經濟的快速發展和城市現代化功能的不斷增強,本市居民的生活水平不斷提升。截至2022年末全市機動車保有量145.48萬輛,同比增長8.56%,其中汽車類124.39萬輛,增長量為5.95%,與機動車快速增長形成鮮明對比的是城市停車建設相對滯后。智慧停車項目的良好運行,是解決停車問題的重要方式,同時也是解決交通擁堵、管理成本等問題的重要途徑。在德州現階段智慧停車發展調研的基礎上,深入研究基于智慧城市建設的停車模式轉型研究,為緩解城市停車難、停車亂、資源配置不均衡等現象獻計獻策。

Research on “Internet + Parking”Mode in the Vision of Smart City
—Taking Dezhou City as an Example

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy in Dezhou city and the continuous enhancement of urban modernization functions, the living standards of residents in this city have been continuously improving. As of the end of 2022, the total number of motor vehicles in the city was 1.454 8 million, with an increase of 8.56% year-on-year. Among them, 1.243 9 million were in the automotive category, with an increase of 5.95%. In stark contrast to the rapid growth of motor vehicles, urban parking construction is relatively lagging behind. The good operation of smart parking projects is an important way to solve parking problems, as well as an important way to solve problems such as traffic congestion and management costs. On the basis of the current research on the development of smart parking in Dezhou, we will conduct in-depth research on the transformation of parking modes based on smart city construction, and provide suggestions to alleviate urban parking difficulties, disorderly parking, and uneven resource allocation and other phenomena.

公共停車場的利用率往往與用戶的使用體驗有著密切的關系,用戶使用時的體驗效果決定著其后續是否還會來此停車場[1]。若想提高用戶在使用智慧停車系統中的體驗感和使用需求,需要通過對系統使用數據進行分析,從而發現系統在使用過程中的影響因素[2]。通過對德州市智慧停車系統管理、運行進行研究,建立數據模型,提出德州市“互聯網+停車”模式發展的改進建議和未來的發展趨勢。
