基于CiteSpace的血液透析運動研究領域的可視化分析

摘要：目的" 探索血液透析患者運動研究領域的發展現狀及趨勢，為臨床上改善血液透析患者的運動現狀提供思路。方法" 檢索中國知網數據庫自2013年1月-2023年8月收錄的文獻，通過CiteSpace6.2.R4軟件對文獻的作者、機構及關鍵詞進行可視化圖譜分析。結果" 檢索共獲得283篇符合要求的文獻，分析可知自2013年以后該領域相關研究呈波動上升趨勢；以黃燕林、馬迎春、時秋英等為代表的團隊存在著一定的合作關系；以廣西醫科大學第一附屬醫院腎內科、鄭州大學護理學院、北京大學人民醫院腎內科為代表的醫院展開較多的合作；熱點關鍵詞為血液透析、生活質量、有氧運動等，并形成了8個聚類；八段錦、肌少癥以及睡眠質量為近幾年的突現詞，為該領域研究的發展趨勢。結論" 血液透析患者運動相關研究逐漸受到重視，但是個別研究機構和作者聯系較少，且缺乏跨地區的合作，建議今后加強機構和作者之間的多區域合作，構建多元化的運動干預方案，以期為患者提供更好的運動康復效果。

Visualization Analysis of Hemodialysis Exercise Research Field Based on CiteSpace

Abstract：Objective" To explore the development status and trend of exercise research in hemodialysis patients， and to provide ideas for improving the exercise status of hemodialysis patients.Methods" The literature included in the CNKI database from January 2013 to August 2023 was retrieved， and the authors， institutions and keywords of the literature were visualized by CiteSpace6.2.R4 software.Results" A total of 283 eligible literatures were obtained， and the analysis showed that the related research in this field had a fluctuating upward trend since 2013. There was a certain cooperative relationship among the teams represented by HUANG Yan-lin， MA Ying-chun and SHI Qiu-ying. The hospitals represented by the Department of Nephrology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University， the College of Nursing of Zhengzhou University， and the Department of Nephrology of Peking University People's Hospital had carried out more cooperation. The hot keywords were hemodialysis， quality of life， aerobic exercise， etc.， and 8 clusters were formed. For example， Baduanjin， sarcopenia and sleep quality were the burst words in recent years， which were the development trend of research in this field.Conclusion" The research on exercise in hemodialysis patients has been paid more and more attention， but there are few contacts between individual research institutions and authors， and there is a lack of cross-regional cooperation. It is suggested that multi-regional cooperation between institutions and authors should be strengthened in the future， and a diversified exercise intervention program should be constructed in order to provide better exercise rehabilitation effect for patients.

血液透析（hemodialysis， HD）為80%慢性腎臟病終末期患者選擇的腎臟代替治療方式，其原理為利用血管通路清除體內過多的水分和代謝產物，維持人體內環境的平衡[1]。雖然HD治療提高了患者的生存率，但這一人群的總體死亡率和生活質量仍較差。有研究指出[2]，體力活動下降是HD患者中普遍存在的問題，其不僅可對患者的日常生活造成負面影響，并且與患者死亡風險增加密切相關。……
