摘" 要:“雙碳”目標為建筑行業指明發展方向,建筑領域積極參與綠色降碳行動,努力實現綠色轉型目標,符合可持續發展的宏偉愿景。既有建筑改造工作是城市更新的重要內容,對圍護結構進行節能改造可以提升建筑空間品質,是補短板、促協同、惠民生的重要環節。該文從嚴寒地區既有建筑圍護結構節能改造的背景出發,探討改造的意義,明確改造的原則,建構改造的路徑,提出改造的策略。

Abstract: The \"Double Carbon\" Goalsrepresented the development direction for the construction industry. The construction industry actively participates in green carbon reduction actions and strives to achieve green transformation goals, which is in line with the grand vision of sustainable development. Existing building renovation work is an important part of urban renewal. Energy-saving renovation of the envelope structure can improve the quality of building space and is an important link to make up for shortcomings, promote collaboration, and benefit people's livelihood. Based on the background of energy-saving renovation of existing building envelopes in severe cold areas, this paper discusses the significance of renovation, clarifies the principles of renovation, constructs renovation paths, and proposes renovation strategies.

“雙碳”目標為建筑行業指明了發展方向,在構建碳減排體系過程中,建筑行業應積極參與綠色降碳行動,努力實現綠色轉型目標,積極構建建筑行業良性發展新格局,早日實現建筑行業的綠色轉型,符合可持續發展的宏偉愿景。嚴寒地區冬季漫長而寒冷,冬夏溫差大,人們對房屋的保溫性和熱舒適性要求高。然而,多數既有建筑建設時間相對久遠,建筑技術相對落后,普遍存在熱舒適性差、能耗高、不夠節能等問題。因此,對既有建筑圍護結構進行節能改造,是提高建筑圍護結構保溫性能改善建筑室內熱舒適性的重要途徑,是降低建筑能耗特別是供暖能耗的重要手段,是順利實現建筑綠色低碳轉型的關鍵步驟。
