

摘" 要:該文通過(guò)研究懸澆梁掛籃施工技術(shù)要點(diǎn),詳細(xì)闡述懸澆梁掛籃施工工作原理、操作流程,講述掛籃設(shè)計(jì)與安裝、懸澆梁澆筑與預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的技術(shù)要求,探討施工過(guò)程中的控制要點(diǎn)及注意事項(xiàng),通過(guò)對(duì)具體項(xiàng)目掛籃施工案例分析,對(duì)懸澆梁施工技術(shù)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行總結(jié)推廣,為提高國(guó)內(nèi)公路項(xiàng)目懸澆梁掛籃施工質(zhì)量與效率提供重要參考。

Abstract: By studying the technical points of hanging basket construction for suspended beams, this paper expounds in detail the working principle and operating process of hanging basket construction for suspended beams, describes the technical requirements for key links such as hanging basket design and installation, hanging beam pouring and prestress tensioning, and discusses the control points and matters needing attention during the construction process. Through the analysis of hanging basket construction cases for specific projects, the application of hanging basket construction technology is summarized and promoted, and provides an important reference for improving the quality and efficiency of hanging basket construction for suspended beams in domestic highway projects.

懸澆梁施工是公路橋梁建設(shè)中非常重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。其結(jié)構(gòu)性能優(yōu)越、具有較好的防腐功能,大大提高橋梁的抗彎折效果、剛度,有效防止橋梁中混凝土和鋼筋的腐蝕,延長(zhǎng)橋梁的使用壽命。

掛籃是固定在已經(jīng)澆筑好的箱梁節(jié)段上的承重結(jié)構(gòu),可以通過(guò)導(dǎo)軌往前移動(dòng),形成一個(gè)新的節(jié)段的操作空間,方便新節(jié)段的模板安裝、鋼筋板扎、混凝土的澆筑。隨著梁段的不斷接長(zhǎng),掛籃逐步向前移動(dòng),直至完成整個(gè)梁體的澆筑。
