










摘" 要:該文聚焦于編組站綜合自動化系統(tǒng)(簡稱SAM系統(tǒng))信號員人工排列進路的作業(yè)過程,為有效減少信號員的違章次數(shù),根據(jù)信號員的工作職責(zé)和作業(yè)流程,提取信號員作業(yè)過程的安全關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險點,分析目前SAM系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)采取的安全卡控措施在安全標(biāo)識顯示、安全卡控范圍、安全防護范圍方面存在的不足之處。基于既有的SAM系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),設(shè)計信號員作業(yè)過程的安全卡控技術(shù)方案,可減少信號員作業(yè)違章次數(shù),有利于保障車站作業(yè)安全。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the signalman position of Synthetic Automation of Marshalling Yard system(SAM system). To effectively reduce the number of violations by signalmen, this paper extracts the key safety risk points in the signalman's operation process according to the signalman's job responsibilities and operation procedures. It analyzes the deficiencies of the existing safety control measures of the SAM system in terms of safety sign display, safety control range, and safety protection range. Based on the existing SAM system architecture, a safety control technical scheme for the signalman's operation process is designed to reduce the number of signalman's operation violations, which is conducive to ensuring station operation safety.

編組站綜合自動化系統(tǒng)(Synthetic Automation of Marshalling Yard,簡稱SAM系統(tǒng))是近年來鐵路編組站建設(shè)中的核心技術(shù)之一,其通過集成管理和控制功能,實現(xiàn)了編組站作業(yè)的自動化和信息化[1]。SAM系統(tǒng)開通分為2步,前期先開通SAM人工模式,人工模式運行穩(wěn)定后再開通自動模式。目前SAM系統(tǒng)自動執(zhí)行過程的安全卡控已經(jīng)較為完善,SAM系統(tǒng)自動模式下可將作業(yè)計劃直接轉(zhuǎn)為辦理進路的指令,在滿足行車約束條件后自動下發(fā)到聯(lián)鎖設(shè)備,信號員無須人工辦理進路;但人工模式下信號員需要受車站值班員的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),在操作控制終端上排列進路,此外,編組站到發(fā)線運用緊張,列車和調(diào)車交替作業(yè),必然打亂車站原有的股道運用計劃和接發(fā)列車作業(yè)安排,導(dǎo)致自動模式下調(diào)車作業(yè)自動化率相對較低,時常需要信號員人工排路。
