



摘" 要:采用有限元對雙塔高層懸垂屋面構件的變形效應進行施工全過程模擬分析,探究其支承結構和永久結構在分析過程中的力學轉換關系,并根據施工模擬結果確定最終施工方案。該文重點介紹施工模擬過程中的一些思路及探討,如分析懸垂屋面安裝及卸載工序,以及從結構變形、桿件內力及穩定性方面對其安全性做出評估等,得出的結論可為現場施工提供有效指導,以期為后續類似雙塔高層懸垂屋面的施工方案積累實踐經驗。

Abstract: Finite element is used to simulate and analyze the deformation effect of the twin-tower high-rise suspended roof members during the entire construction process, explore the mechanical conversion relationship between the supporting structure and the permanent structure during the analysis process, and determine the final construction plan based on the construction simulation results. This paper focuses on introducing some ideas and discussions during the construction simulation process, such as analyzing the installation and unloading processes of overhanging roofs, and evaluating their safety from the aspects of structural deformation, internal force and stability. The conclusions drawn can provide effective guidance for on-site construction, in order to accumulate practical experience for subsequent construction plans of high-rise overhanging roofs similar to twin towers.

懸垂屋面主要是指采用半剛性懸垂網格鋼結構,由一系列拋物線型的“懸鏈線”和橫向聯系梁組成,形成一個空間鋼網殼屋面。作為大型建筑項目中施工難度最大、最復雜的部分,懸垂屋面施工需要解決一系列技術難題,如高空作業、復雜節點的加工及高空安裝、高差臨時支撐的設計與配套設施布置、整體卸載及測量定位等,且其對鋼結構骨架的施工精度提出極高的要求。對于懸垂屋面,楊大彬等、馮曉東等分別分析了兩端直線形和帶彈簧桿裝置的張弦桁架結構的力學性能,合理改進了張弦桁架的結構形式;周嘉駿等采用Tekla Structures軟件對杭州之門項目各部分結構的模型深化設計進行了探討。以上研究未涉及懸簾結構這一新型結構類型,以往的施工方案鮮有適用于懸垂屋面施工分析,因此,對該懸垂屋面進行施工全過程模擬分析非常有必要。……
