








摘" 要:近些年來,提升BIM應用價值,倡導一模多用的呼聲在房屋工程行業中愈發明顯。考慮國外BIM工具對于國內房建設計項目應用存在的局限性,該文采用國產BIM設計工具——廣聯達數維設計工具以及施工應用工具BIMMAKE,分析國產BIM設計工具在施工圖設計及施工深化應用中的價值??梢钥闯?,數維設計工具能夠滿足國內現澆結構的施工圖設計需要,而且土建設計數據可以直接對接BIMMAKE工具,來進行施工階段砌體深化設計、木模板深化設計等應用,滿足設計成果與施工應用一體化的要求,提升項目的盈余率。

Abstract: In recent years, the voice of promoting the application value of BIM and advocating multi-purpose of one module has become more and more obvious in the housing engineering industry. Considering the limitations of foreign BIM tools in the application of domestic housing design projects, this paper uses domestic BIM design tools-Guanglianda digital design tools and construction application tools BIMMAKE, to analyze the value of domestic BIM design tools in construction drawing design and construction deepening application. It can be seen that the multi-dimensional design tools can meet the construction drawing design needs of domestic cast-in-place structures, and the civil design data can be directly docked with BIMMAKE tools to carry out the application of masonry deepening design and wood formwork deepening design in the construction stage, which can meet the requirements of the integration of design results and construction application, and improve the surplus ratio of the project.

2016年,國務院以及國家住建部大力推廣工程總承包制,深化建設項目組織實施方式的改革[1],2019年12月,國家住建部決定于2020年3月1日,正式實施《工程總承包管理辦法》,工程總承包的房建項目設計模式逐步發展壯大。在這樣的趨勢下,EPC的項目模式被廣泛地采用。總承包單位需要在這樣的模式下對建設項目的設計、采購、施工等要素進行全面的管控,對于相關單位的綜合管理能力提出了極高的挑戰。
在EPC模式中,建設項目的各種風險,包括項目控概、工期進度、資金采購等風險正逐步向總承包單位轉移[1]。因此,總承包單位需要利用多維手段,全面分析并化解各類潛在風險,以確保項目能夠順利履約,并在合理范圍內實現盈利。這對總承包單位的綜合管理和風險應對能力提出了更高的要求。……
