變電站二次接線施工技術要點

摘" 要：二次接線是變電站建設施工過程中的重點之一，與整個項目的質量相關聯，涉及到變電站電氣控制功能的實現。在二次接線施工過程中，涵蓋電氣設備控制回路的原理正確性，二次接線細節與整個項目的質量相關聯，因此，接線前熟悉圖紙、熟練標準工藝和每個步驟要求是確保質量的關鍵。該文著重從變電站二次接線施工過程的標準工藝著手進行論述，以茲借鑒。

Abstract： Secondary wiring is one of the most important in the process of substation construction， which is related to the quality of the whole project and related to the realization of electrical control function of substation. In the process of secondary wiring construction， it covers the correctness of the principle of electrical equipment control circuit， and the details of secondary wiring are related to the quality of the whole project. Therefore， before wiring should be familiar with the drawings， proficient in the standard process， the requirements of each step is the key to ensure quality. This paper focuses on the standard technology of substation secondary wiring construction process， which can be used for reference.

二次接線在變電站工程的各項施工中占據著重要地位，直接影響著整個工程的質量，作為電氣安裝的重要組成部分，對整個電氣裝置的穩定性、準確性、安全性方面提供重大保障，從當前變電站二次接線工藝來看，施工和日常維護等方面存在著不同程度的問題，因此，接線工藝要求保證電網的正常運行、提高電力系統可靠性和自動化能動性。

經歷變電站多年的建設，針對變電站往往在電氣安裝階段工作量大、工期短的特點，特別是安裝后到二次接線時，往往為了趕工期忽視了質量、工藝水平。為了提升整個變電站的施工工藝水平，應讓每個施工人員熟悉二次接線要點，確保準確性、穩定性、安全性。

1" 變電站二次接線工藝要求

接線時核對電纜型號，開剝時不得傷及芯線。

電纜標識牌編號：正確、清晰、字體一致，懸掛整齊。

二次芯線順直，應按垂直或水平有規律地配置，排例整齊、交叉連接，接線牢固，芯線彎圈弧度、長度一致?！?br>
