




摘" 要:卷煙廠VOC廢氣成分復(fù)雜且有明顯煙草異味,如不經(jīng)治理排放則會引起周邊居民的投訴、污染大氣環(huán)境并且還會影響到居民的日常生活以及身體健康。通過分析研究N卷煙廠生產(chǎn)活動過程中VOC排放規(guī)律,找出影響VOC排放量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),確定吸附脫附+催化燃燒減排技術(shù)并實(shí)施改造。經(jīng)驗(yàn)證,吸附脫附+催化燃燒減排技術(shù)可削減VOC排放量8.05 t/a,同比降低49.56%,為卷煙廠實(shí)施VOC減排提供工程實(shí)例參考。

Abstract: Cigarette factory VOC exhaust gas has complex composition and obvious tobacco odor. If it is not treated, it will cause complaints from surrounding residents, pollute the atmospheric environment and affect our daily life and health. Through the analysis and study of the law of VOC emissions in the production activities of N cigarette factory, the key links affecting VOC emissions are found out, and the technology of adsorption desorption + catalytic combustion emission reduction is determined and modified. It has been proved that the adsorption desorption + catalytic combustion emission reduction technology can reduce VOC emissions 8.05 t/a, which is 49.56% lower than the same period last year, which provides an engineering example reference for cigarette factories to implement VOC emission reduction.

煙草生產(chǎn)過程中在高溫、潮濕環(huán)境下會產(chǎn)生揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物即VOC。卷煙廠生產(chǎn)活動過程中產(chǎn)生的工藝廢氣成分比較復(fù)雜,據(jù)國內(nèi)外煙草研究機(jī)構(gòu)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)表明,煙草工藝廢氣以有機(jī)廢氣為主,成分中含有3 000多種不同種類的物質(zhì)。廢氣中含有揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的主要成分有:VOC、丙酮、丁烷、醋酸、芳香烴等有機(jī)化學(xué)物[1]。其中發(fā)出煙草特殊氣味的物質(zhì)主要是生產(chǎn)過程中揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物氣體的排放,不但影響操作工人的身心健康和工作情緒,也影響周圍市民的正常生活,需采取相應(yīng)治理措施,減少煙草異味氣體的散發(fā)。因此,選取一種有效的降低煙草廢氣中揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的治理工藝極其重要。
1" 卷煙廠VOC產(chǎn)生源分析
本文以N卷煙廠為例進(jìn)行分析研究,卷煙廠在生產(chǎn)制造過程中涉及煙絲制造、煙支卷接包2個主要生產(chǎn)線。煙支卷接包生產(chǎn)線用來卷煙和包裝成品,生產(chǎn)過程中無其他化學(xué)……
