基于文獻計量學的上部煙葉可用性知識圖譜分析

摘要上部葉質量對烤煙產量和品質具有重要影響，提高上部葉可用性是煙草行業亟待解決的熱點難題。以中國知網（CNKI）中研究上部煙葉品質的文獻為基礎，通過CiteSpace軟件，采用文獻計量學的方法構建作者、機構、關鍵詞等共現知識圖譜，對烤煙上部葉可用性研究領域的研究現狀及熱點前沿進行分析。結果表明，提高上部葉可用性的研究一直是煙草行業高質量發展亟待解決的問題，2020—2023年穩定在70篇左右。上部葉可用性領域研究的主要方向是提升煙葉感官品質和外觀質量、成熟采收、調制烘烤等方面。合理打頂留葉、成熟采收、科學烘烤是提高上部葉可用性的關鍵技術措施，今后可更加關注有機肥施用、煙田質量提升等對上部葉可用性提升的研究機制。

AbstractTheyieldandqualityoftobaccoaresignificantlyinfluencedbythequalityofupperleaves，andimprovingtheavailabilityofupperleavesisahotandurgentproblemtobesolvedinthetobaccoindustry.BasedontheliteraturesonthequalityofuppertobaccoleavesinChinaNationalKnowledgeInfrastructure（CNKI），weconstructedaco-occurrenceknowledgegraphofauthors，institutions，keywordsusingbibliometricmethodsthroughCiteSpacesoftware.Thecurrentresearchstatusandhotfrontiersinthefieldofusabilityofupperleavesintobaccowereanalyzed.Resultsshowedthattheresearchonimprovingtheusabilityofupperleaveswasalwaysanurgentproblemtobesolvedforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthetobaccoindustry，andthenumberofresearcheskeptstableatabout70articlesfrom2020to2023.Themaindirectionsofresearchesinthefieldofupperleafusabilitywereenhancingthesensoryandappearancequalityoftobaccoleaves，matureharvestingandpreparationandbaking.Reasonablytoppingandleavingleaves，harvestingatmaturityandscientificallybakingwerethekeytechnologiestoenhancetheupperleafusability.Inthefuture，moreattentioncouldbepaidtotheresearchmechanismofimprovingtheusabilityofupperleavesthroughtheapplicationoforganicfertilizersandtheimprovementoftobaccofieldquality.

烤煙上部葉包括頂葉和部分上二棚煙葉，每株6片左右，占整株葉片數的1/3，占煙葉總產量30%～40%^［1-2］。上部葉位于煙株的上端，通風透光良好，干物質積累量大，對烤煙總體質量和產量的提升都有重要影響。優質上部葉可改善卷煙香味和風格特征，對卷煙品質提高起著非常重要的作用^［2-3］。但是，目前我國烤煙上部葉整體質量仍然偏低，普遍存在葉片厚、刺激性大、雜氣較重、油分較少、香氣量不足等問題，造成上部葉可用性低，嚴重制約我國卷煙工業的高質量發展^［4-6］。因此，如何提高上部煙葉的可用性是煙草栽培領域中亟待解決的熱點難題?！?br>
