濟南市外國專家榮獲2024年度中國政府友誼獎

2024年度中國政府友誼獎頒獎儀式于9月30日在人民大會堂舉行。濟南市俄羅斯籍外國專家亞歷山大·賴科夫先生獲此殊榮。亞歷山大·賴科夫先生為新一代信息技術領域專家，2022年起全職擔任濟南超級計算技術研究院首席科學家，承擔國家級科研項目2項，依托“濟南市高性能工業軟件重點實驗室”“濟南市視頻與視覺技術重點實驗室”“賴科夫院士工作室”等平臺，帶領團隊從事人工智能算法研究、光學人工智能基礎理論與應用研究。科研成果已在化工、鋼鐵、數字經濟等行業落地應用，幫助企業解決多項關鍵技術難題。

中國政府友誼獎是中國政府為表彰在中國現代化建設和改革開放事業中作出突出貢獻的外國專家而設立的最高獎項。近年來，濟南市已有11位外國專家榮獲中國政府友誼獎，體現出國家對濟南市外國專家在推動高質量發展、新時代社會主義現代化強省會建設中所作貢獻的高度認可。

The 2024 Ceremony of the Chinese Government Friendship Award was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on September 30. Prof. Alexander Rykov， a Russian national and foreign expert based in Jinan， was honored with the award. Mr. Alexander Rykov is an expert in new-generation information technology and has served as the chief scientist at the Jinan Institute of Supercomputing Technology since 2022. He has undertaken two national-level scientific research projects and leads a team focused on artificial intelligence algorithm research and the foundational theory and applications of optical artificial intelligence. His research outcomes have been implemented across various key industries， including chemicals， steel， and the digital economy， helping enterprises overcome numerous technical challenges.
