







摘要 利用火炬樹果皮和落葉的水浸液(0、0.025、0.005、0.100 g/mL),研究其對多年生黑麥草(Lolium perenne L.)和草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)的種子萌發及其幼苗生長的影響。結果表明:火炬樹果皮和落葉的水浸液降低了多年生黑麥草和草地早熟禾種子在土壤中的出苗率、幼苗生長速率、根長、株高和生物量。果皮和落葉水浸液對2種草坪草幼苗生長的抑制作用隨著其濃度的增加而逐漸增強。0.100 g/mL水浸液對2種草坪草幼苗的抑制作用顯著高于CK。相同濃度下,果皮的抑制作用強于落葉,且對草地早熟禾的抑制作用強于多年生黑麥草。

Abstract This study was designed to evaluate the seed emergence and seedlings growth of Lolium perenne L. and and Poa pratensis L. treated by water extracts at different concentration as 0,0.025,0.005,0.100 g/L from pericarp and fallen leaves in soil.Results showed that water extract of Rhus typhina decreased the emergence rate,seedling growth rate,root length,plant height,and biomass of Lolium prenne L. and Poa pratensis L..The inhibitory effect of extract from pericarp and fallen leaves on the seedling’s growth of two turfgrass types gradually increased with the increase of concentration.The inhibitory effect of 0.100 g/L from both pericarp and fallen leaves was significantly higher than that of control.Under the same concentration,the inhibitory effect of pericarp was stronger than fallen leaves and the inhibitory effect on Poa pratensis L.was greater than Lolium prenne L.

火炬樹(Rhus typhina Nutt.)具有一定的化感效應,即植物和微生物產生的化合物影響環境中生物生長發育的作用[1]。有研究發現,火炬樹的水浸液進入土壤后,通過影響土壤的持水量、孔隙度及土壤中物種豐富度,而間接影響其周圍植物的生長[2]。韋忠剛[3]研究發現,火炬樹葉片及根內存在化感物質,其提取液對高羊茅(Festuca elata Keng ex E.B.Alexeev)種子的萌發有抑制作用,最強的根系提取物抑制濃度為20 g/L,而葉片提取物濃度為0.02 g/L。李怡瑩研究發現[4],火炬樹葉對4 種菊科植物的化感效應最強,其次為根和果穗。張寧等[5]采用不同類型火炬樹(葉、根、根際土壤和荊條根際土壤)水浸提液及其不同的質量濃度(25、50、100、200 g/L)處理荊條(Vitex negundo L.var.heterophylla)種子,發現200 g/L火炬樹土壤水浸提液促進作用最顯著。濃度為100和200 g/L的根和樹葉水浸提液對荊條種子表現出強烈的抑制作用。……
