摘要對動物生理學實驗課程教學現(xiàn)狀進行分析,從學生參與實驗準備、翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學、增加隨堂測試、規(guī)范實驗報告、創(chuàng)建出色作品集和改革考核方式6個方面對該課程教學改革進行探討。教師充分利用現(xiàn)代化科技手段,通過線上線下混合式教學提高教學效率;學生參與實驗準備,有利于在實踐過程中深入理解實驗內(nèi)容;增加隨堂測試,充分激發(fā)學生的學習興趣和積極主動性;規(guī)范實驗報告,培養(yǎng)學生認真嚴謹、實事求是的科研態(tài)度;創(chuàng)建出色作品集,豐富課程教學資源;改革考核方式,有利于提高學生的科學素養(yǎng)和自主思考能力,發(fā)揮其學習主體作用。本研究實踐成效明顯,為課程教學改革提供了理論參考。

Abstract The current situation of course teaching was analyzed, and the teaching reform of the course was explored from six aspects: student participating in experimental preparation, flipping classroom teaching, increasing in class testing, standardizing experimental reports, creating excellent portfolios and reforming assessment methods. Student participation in experimental preparation was beneficial to gain a deeper understanding of the experimental content during the practical process; Teachers made full use of modern technology to improve teaching efficiency through blended online and offline teaching; Increasing in class testing had fully stimulated students’ interest and initiative in learning; Standardizing experimental reports had cultivated students’ serious, rigorous, and pragmatic research attitudes; Creating excellent portfolios, and enriched course teaching resources; Reforming the assessment method was beneficial for improving students’ scientific literacy and independent thinking ability, and enabling them to play their role as learning subjects. This study had achieved significant practical results, and provided theoretical references for curriculum teaching reform.

動物生理學是一門建立在實驗基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)研究動物機體生命活動及其規(guī)律的科學。相關(guān)學者對該課程的教學改革進行了大量探討研究。張成[1]開展以虛擬仿真教學為基礎(chǔ)的動物生理學實驗教學實踐和改革,整合了部分理論和實驗教學內(nèi)容,重構(gòu)了教學體系,有效增加了理論與實踐的緊密關(guān)聯(lián)度,提高了教學效果和學生的實驗素養(yǎng)。寧紅梅等[2]對現(xiàn)有動物生理學實驗課程進行整合與優(yōu)化,增強了學生的創(chuàng)新意識和實踐動手能力,提高了學生的綜合素質(zhì)。李旭艷等[3]研究指出,該課程實驗教學有利于加深和鞏固學生對理論知識的理解,訓練其基本操作技能,培養(yǎng)其觀察事物、分析和解決問題的能力,有效培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新精神、團隊精神和嚴謹治學的態(tài)度。……
