
摘 要 文章基于質量診改視角,首先分析了高職英語線上教學的現狀,并指出現存的問題與挑戰;其次,明確了本研究的目的,將質量診改引入高職英語線上教學,提供系統性的質量保障;最后,整理、總結了質量診改應用于高職英語線上教學的關鍵因素和方法,構建高職英語線上教學質量保障體系。本研究對于優化高職英語線上教學質量、提高學生的綜合素質具有重要意義,并為其他學科線上教學質量的診斷提供有益參考。

Research on the Quality Assurance System of Online English Teaching in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Quality Diagnosis and Reform

Abstract Based on the perspective of quality diagnosis and reform, this article first analyzes the current situation of online teaching of vocational English, and points out the existing problems and challenges; Secondly, the purpose of this study was clarified to introduce quality diagnosis and improvement into online teaching of vocational English, providing systematic quality assurance; Then, the key factors and methods of applying quality diagnosis and improvement to online teaching of vocational English were summarized and organized, and a quality assurance system for online teaching of vocational English was constructed. This study is of great significance for optimizing the quality of online English teaching in vocational colleges, improving students' comprehensive quality, and providing useful references for diagnosing the quality of online teaching in other disciplines.

1 研究背景
2020年9月,教育部等九部門共同印發了《職業教育提質培優行動計劃(2020―2023年)》,提出“大力推進‘互聯網+’‘智能+’教育新形態,推動教育教學變革創新”“完善辦學質量監管評價機制”“完善以學習者為中心的專業和課程教學評價體系,強化實習實訓考核評價”[1]。因此,構建線上教學質量評價體系勢在必行。然而,在高職英語線上課程的建設和發展過程中仍存在一些問題,如英語教師信息化水平參差不齊和線上教學質量評價標準缺失等。這不僅制約著英語線上教學的發展,也給學生的學習效果和教學質量的提升造成了較大的影響。基于此,本文參考職業院校教學質量診改“8字螺旋”原理,按照目標→標準→計劃→組織→實施→診斷→激勵→學習→創新→改進的思路,研究高職英語線上教學中的關鍵診斷指標,構建高職英語線上教學質量保障體系,以期促進英語線上教學質量不斷提升。……
