基于“藥苑論壇”競賽活動的藥學本科生科研能力提升對策

摘 要 隨著藥學領域的不斷發展，培養具有科研創新能力的藥學本科生已成為當前醫學教育的重要任務之一。文章以“藥苑論壇”競賽活動為例，探討如何通過指導藥學本科生參加相關競賽活動以提升其科研創新能力。文章通過分析藥學本科生科研創新能力的培養現狀，提出了一系列針對性策略，旨在激發學生的科研興趣，培養其創新思維和實踐能力，從而更好地適應未來藥學領域的發展需求。

Abstract With the continuous development of the pharmaceutical field， cultivating undergraduate pharmacy students with research and innovation abilities has become one of the important tasks of current education. Taking the "Pharmacy Forum" competition as an example， this article explores how to enhance the research and innovation abilities of undergraduate pharmacy students by guiding them to participate in relevant competition activities. The article analyzes the current situation of cultivating research and innovation abilities among undergraduate students in pharmacy， and proposes a series of targeted strategies aimed at stimulating students' research interests， cultivating their innovative thinking and practical abilities， and better adapting to the future development needs of the pharmaceutical field.

藥學作為一門綜合性的學科，涉及藥物的發現、研究、開發和應用，對人類健康和生命質量有著深遠的影響[1]。隨著社會的進步和科技的發展，藥學領域面臨著日益復雜和多樣化的挑戰，需要擁有科研創新能力的專業人才來應對[2]。藥學本科生作為未來的藥學人才，其科研創新能力的培養至關重要。然而，傳統的藥學教育往往側重于理論知識的傳授，缺乏對學生實踐經驗和創新思維的培養[3]。在這樣的背景下，如何有效地提升藥學本科生的科研創新能力成為當前教育改革的一項緊迫任務。
