摘 要 在新文科建設背景下,人力資源管理實驗教學體系重構是優化人才培養的重要途徑。為此,文章圍繞實驗教學目標、實驗內容體系和效果監控評價等方面探討人力資源管理專業實驗教學體系,并從完善實驗教師隊伍建設、加大實驗教學資源投入和深化校企聯動三個角度提出實驗教學體系的保障策略,旨在培養順應新經濟時代需要的人力資源管理復合型人才。

Research on the Experimental Teaching System of Human Resource Management under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Abstract Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts, the reconstruction of the experimental teaching system of human resource management is an important way to optimize talent cultivation. Therefore, this article explores the experimental teaching system of human resource management from the aspects of experimental teaching objectives, experimental content system, and effectiveness monitoring and evaluation. It proposes guarantee strategies for the experimental teaching system from three perspectives: improving the construction of the experimental teacher team, increasing the investment in experimental teaching resources, and deepening the linkage between schools and enterprises. The aim is to cultivate human resource management composite talents that meet the needs of the new economic era.

新文科建設是新時代探索文科專業發展方向、創新人才培養的重大戰略選擇[1]。與此同時,以大數據、人工智能為特征的數字經濟時代,正逐步走向扁平化、柔性化與網絡化,要求人力資源管理工作者向社會需要的專業化、數字化方向轉型。高校應順應經濟社會需要,積極優化供給側結構性改革,培養具有創新思維、具備跨學科知識,既懂專業又懂業務的復合型人才[2]。
新文科建設對于深化人才培養提出新的明確要求,旨在培養人才創新思維和實踐能力的實驗教學則是重要手段。近年來,針對人力資源管理專業實驗教學,各高校開展了一系列卓有成效的改革,主要圍繞專業實驗課程和教學方式等方面展開,如開發核心課程模塊化教學、構建職業集群課程模塊,以及探索學科競賽實驗教學等[3-5]。還有一些院校圍繞職業勝任能力、創新能力培養等人才發展目標開展實驗教學研究。……
