摘 要 目的/意義:科學(xué)智能(AI for Science,縮寫AI4S)科研范式將深刻改變科研工作流程,對(duì)學(xué)科服務(wù)的內(nèi)容、手段和方法等產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。方法:文章通過分析AI4S的原理、實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制和作用,得出AI4S將促進(jìn)知識(shí)快速更新迭代,人類將進(jìn)入知識(shí)大爆炸時(shí)代,相應(yīng)的對(duì)AI4S系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行不斷充實(shí)完善是學(xué)科服務(wù)的主要內(nèi)容,AI4S作為學(xué)科館員的代理人是其主要手段和方法。結(jié)果/結(jié)論:在AI4S背景下,高校圖書館將進(jìn)入知識(shí)管理時(shí)代,學(xué)科服務(wù)主要通過AI4S系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行知識(shí)管理和提供知識(shí)服務(wù)。

The Impact of Scientific Intelligence Research Paradigm on Disciplinary Services

Abstract Purpose/Significance: The AI for Science (AI4S) research paradigm will profoundly change the workflow of scientific research, and will inevitably have a profound impact on the content, means, and methods of disciplinary services. Method: The article analyzes the principles, implementation mechanisms, and functions of AI4S, and concludes that AI4S will lead to rapid knowledge updates and iterations, and humanity will enter the era of knowledge explosion. Correspondingly, continuously enriching and improving the AI4S system is the main content of subject services, and AI4S as an agent of subject librarians is its main means and method. Result/Conclusion: In the context of AI4S, university libraries will enter the era of knowledge management, and subject services will mainly be managed and provided through the AI4S system.

隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和學(xué)科交叉滲透的深入,科研活動(dòng)每天都產(chǎn)出了大量的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)、科研數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。這些海量數(shù)據(jù)迫切需要機(jī)器進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化、智能化處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)的智能化。鄂維南坦言:“長(zhǎng)期以來,科研人員在實(shí)際研究中面臨四大痛點(diǎn):其一,辛苦研究出來的基本原理等重要成果,用來解決實(shí)際問題時(shí)比較困難;其二,目前的實(shí)驗(yàn)手段,以及收集、處理、分析數(shù)據(jù)的效率相對(duì)低下;其三,科研團(tuán)隊(duì)工作方式多為‘作坊模式’,從頭到尾都自己干下來,科研效率亟待提高;其四,在解決生物制藥、材料研發(fā)等過程中面臨的實(shí)際問題時(shí),仍然依靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)和試錯(cuò)方式。”[1]AI技術(shù)的突破給科學(xué)研究帶來了曙光,出現(xiàn)了科學(xué)智能(AI4S)——第五科研范式。近幾年來在深度學(xué)習(xí)等AI技術(shù)的推動(dòng)下,AI4S在化學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)和材料科學(xué)等領(lǐng)域取得了許多令人振奮的成果。……
