摘 要:西藏牦牛不僅是關鍵的畜牧資源,更是當地居民生產生活的重要依托。開發西藏牦牛乳制品對于推動特色產業發展、豐富市場供應和促進農牧民增收具有重要意義。本文深入探討了西藏牦牛乳制品產品開發存在的生產技術有限、品牌建設滯后、產品缺乏創新性、產業鏈不完善以及政策支持不足等問題。并針對這些問題,提出了相應的優化對策,旨在為西藏牦牛乳制品產業的持續健康發展提供理論支撐。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Xizang Yak Dairy Products

Abstract: Xizang yaks are not only the key livestock resources, but also an important support for the production and life of local residents. The development of Xizang yak dairy products is of great significance for promoting the development of characteristic industries, enriching market supply and promoting the income increase of farmers and herdsmen. This paper discusses the problems of limited production technology, lagging brand construction, low product innovation, imperfect industrial chain and insufficient policy support in the development of Xizang yak dairy products. In order to provide theoretical support for the sustainable and healthy development of Xizang yak dairy products industry, the corresponding optimization countermeasures were proposed.
