




摘 要:海水取水工程的建設包括取水頭、取水管道、取水泵站等部分,該文首先對海水取水工藝系統進行介紹,分析各部分的設計要點。然后以某漁業養殖園海水取水工程為例,通過對集中式和分散式取水頭部進行設計,對其優缺點進行對比,根據項目的具體情況和實施條件,推薦采用分散式取水頭;通過對多種材質的取水管材進行比選,推薦采用HDPE取水管,最后進行水泵選型,為海水漁業養殖取水工程設計提供參考。

Abstract: The construction of seawater water intake project includes water intake head, water intake pipeline, water intake pumping station and so on. This paper first introduces the seawater water intake process system and analyzes the design points of each part. Then, taking the seawater intake project of a fishery culture park as an example, through the design of centralized and decentralized intake heads, their advantages and disadvantages are compared. according to the specific conditions and implementation conditions of the project, the decentralized intake head is recommended; through the comparison and selection of water intake pipes of various materials, HDPE intake pipes are recommended, and finally pump selection is carried out to provide reference for the design of mariculture intake engineering.

我國是世界海水養殖產量第一大國,2021年總產量高達2 211.14萬t,占全國海水產品總量的65.3%。這意味著海水養殖已成為我國海洋漁業的主導力量。這樣的成就,一方面得益于我國廣闊的海域和豐富的海洋資源,另一方面也離不開我國海水養殖技術的不斷進步和養殖模式的持續創新。然而,隨著我國海水養殖業的迅猛發展,超容量、高密度養殖導致近海養殖空間枯竭、產品結構失衡以及近岸海域環境惡化等問題,嚴重制約海水養殖業的發展[1]。為保障海水養殖業的可持續發展,我國沿海地區建立了多座海水養殖園,未來隨著海水養殖產品的需求量增長,海水養殖園的建設數量和規模會進一步增長。
海水養殖項目需要大量的海水來支持養殖活動,因此,取水工程的建設和運營對于確保養殖園的正常運轉至關重要。同時,優質的水源也是保障養殖生物健康生長的重要因素。……
