


摘 要:該研究旨在設計一種簡單易用、快速上手的裝置,以提升濾棒成型機甘油補給效率。針對傳統生產過程中甘油補給操作繁瑣的問題,設計一種簡便實用的裝置。該裝置采用機械化結構和簡易控制設計,使操作更加方便快捷。通過簡化甘油補給的步驟,有效提高生產效率。實驗結果表明,該裝置在保證生產質量的前提下,顯著降低操作難度,適合于生產工人迅速上手操作。該研究提出的裝置設計不僅在提高生產效率方面具有顯著優勢,同時也考慮制作簡單、易操作等實際需求,為濾棒成型機的甘油補給過程改進提供更貼合于生產現場的可行的解決方案。

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to design an easy-to-use and quick-to-use device to improve the glycerol replenishment efficiency of the filter rod forming machine. In view of the tedious operation of glycerol replenishment in the traditional production process, we have designed a simple and practical device. The device adopts mechanized structure and simple control design, which makes the operation more convenient and fast. By simplifying the steps of glycerol replenishment, the production efficiency is effectively improved. The experimental results show that the device significantly reduces the difficulty of operation on the premise of ensuring the production quality, and is suitable for production workers to operate quickly. The device design proposed in this study not only has significant advantages in improving production efficiency, but also takes into account the practical requirements such as simple manufacture and easy operation, which provides a feasible solution which is more suitable for the improvement of glycerol replenishment process of filter rod molding machine.

煙草行業目前所使用的纖維濾棒成型設備主要是由一臺纖維開松上膠機和一臺纖維濾棒成型機組成的,為了使生產的濾棒硬度達到工藝設計要求,必須在生產過程中補給適量的增塑劑,簡稱為纖維上膠。其中所用的增塑劑(醋酸甘油酯)在生產過程中,一般不能滿足高速運轉時一個班次的生產所需,需要給予及時補給保證生產的順利運行。
由于生產場地、設備老舊等多方面因素,導致部分煙草企業仍采用人工進行甘油補給,故而傳統的濾棒成型機在甘油補給操作上存在一些挑戰,包括甘油補給工序復雜、效率低下等問題。這些問題不僅影響了生產效率,也增加了生產成本,因此迫切需要一種簡單實用、高效的裝置來改進這一人工甘油補給生產過程。……
