











摘 要:螺紋連接是實(shí)現(xiàn)零部件組裝的主要方法,螺紋連接簡單,拆卸方便,已被廣泛應(yīng)用于航空航天、石油化工、5G通信、新能源汽車、兵器和模具等行業(yè)。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,對(duì)螺紋連接的要求也日益提高,因而螺紋加工過程中進(jìn)行監(jiān)測是質(zhì)量保證的重要手段。應(yīng)用螺紋連接的裝備產(chǎn)品為保證其長貯要求,會(huì)對(duì)帶有螺紋的零部件進(jìn)行表面處理,表面處理后螺紋尺寸發(fā)生變化,為使用專用螺紋量具完成螺紋加工各階段的檢測。因此,需要進(jìn)行表面處理前、后螺紋檢測參數(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用,以控制表面處理前、后螺紋的加工質(zhì)量,正確地檢測表面處理前、后螺紋尺寸是否合格。

Abstract: Thread connection is the main method to realize parts assembly. Thread connection is simple and easy to disassemble. It has been widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, 5G communications, new energy vehicles, weapons, molds and other industries. With the continuous development of science and technology, the demand for thread connection is increasing day by day, so monitoring in the thread machining process is an important means of quality assurance. In order to ensure the long storage requirements of the equipment products with thread connection, the parts with threads will be treated with surface treatment, and the thread size will change after surface treatment. In order to use special thread gauges to complete the detection of each stage of thread processing, therefore, it is necessary to study and apply the thread detection parameters before and after surface treatment in order to control the processing quality of threads before and after surface treatment and correctly check whether the thread size before and after surface treatment is qualified.

航空航天、石油化工、5G通信、新能源汽車、兵器和模具制造等領(lǐng)域,均通過各部分零部件裝配而成,在各部分零部件的裝配過程中,最常見、簡便的聯(lián)結(jié)方式便是螺紋連接[1]。因此,螺紋的加工質(zhì)量對(duì)各領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)品而言非常重要。然而,零部件在生產(chǎn)過程中,由于長貯、外觀、性能等技術(shù)要求,需對(duì)各零部件進(jìn)行表面處理,從而加大了螺紋加工過程中尺寸控制的難度和螺紋檢測的難度。
目前,各產(chǎn)品的螺紋檢測一般只關(guān)注成品螺紋檢測,即有表面處理要求的零部件,使用成品螺紋量規(guī)檢測表面處理后成品螺紋尺寸是否合格,屬于最終檢測方法,而螺紋加工的過程、表面處理前的螺紋檢測參數(shù)尚無研究,沒有明確其數(shù)值,無法實(shí)現(xiàn)加工過程中的螺紋尺寸檢測及螺紋加工過程中的質(zhì)量控制。……
