













摘 要:傳統(tǒng)直立和斜坡式海塘擋墻結(jié)構(gòu)在強(qiáng)降雨或極端風(fēng)暴潮條件下難以有效阻止潮水快速爬升,對(duì)岸線建筑物及人群產(chǎn)生一定安全隱患。該文通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬設(shè)置不同水位高度,研究不同沖擊水流流速對(duì)新型反弧式海塘擋墻結(jié)構(gòu)越浪效果的影響,以評(píng)價(jià)新型海塘擋墻的越浪效果。研究結(jié)果表明,新型反弧式海塘擋墻結(jié)構(gòu)在不同水流流速下的越浪效果均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)海塘擋墻結(jié)構(gòu),新型反弧式海塘結(jié)構(gòu)具有明顯導(dǎo)流、減能的作用。

Abstract: Under the condition of heavy rainfall or extreme storm tide, the traditional vertical and sloping seawall structure fail to effectively prevent the tide from climbing rapidly, resulting in certain safety risks to shoreline buildings and people. In this paper, different water level heights are set by numerical simulation to study the influence of different impact flow velocity on the wave-crossing effect of the new anti-arc seawall structure, in order to evaluate the wave-crossing effect of the new seawall. The results show that the wave surging effect of the new anti-arc seawall structure is better than that of the traditional seawall structure under different flow velocity, and the new anti-arc seawall structure has obvious effect of diversion and energy reduction.

海塘是防御風(fēng)暴潮(洪水)和波浪對(duì)保護(hù)區(qū)的危害而修筑的堤防工程。目前我國(guó)已建成海堤總長(zhǎng)度約14 500萬(wàn)km,超過(guò)全國(guó)大陸岸線總長(zhǎng)度的80%,修建海塘能有效提高沿海城市的防災(zāi)減災(zāi)能力。在臺(tái)風(fēng)期間,風(fēng)暴潮導(dǎo)致水面上升,使得傳統(tǒng)海塘堤頂高度減小,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榈晚斀Y(jié)構(gòu),無(wú)法有效阻止越浪[1]。傳統(tǒng)的海塘護(hù)面結(jié)構(gòu)多為直立式或斜坡式,護(hù)面結(jié)構(gòu)光滑,很難在強(qiáng)潮涌或強(qiáng)浪沖擊等復(fù)雜環(huán)境中保持結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定,據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示,近年來(lái)已有100多人因潮水失去生命[2],但同時(shí)由于潮涌具有潮流強(qiáng)勁、潮線獨(dú)特等特點(diǎn),又為旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)巨大效益[3]。因此,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)潮涌特點(diǎn)及海塘擋墻結(jié)構(gòu)安全需求,研發(fā)新型海塘護(hù)面結(jié)構(gòu)形式,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,人民生命安全具有重要意義。
基于海塘結(jié)構(gòu)性能重要性,眾多學(xué)者針對(duì)新型海塘護(hù)坡結(jié)構(gòu)性能的研發(fā)開展了廣泛的研究,郭科等[4]和謝世楞[5]通過(guò)模型試驗(yàn)和實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì),研究了半圓形海塘擋墻結(jié)構(gòu)特性以及物理參數(shù)對(duì)其消浪特性的影響;……
