








摘 要:為解決過河段機械頂管施工滲水冒頂問題,采用分幅圍堰施工形成相對干燥場地,對管網上下游采用氣囊封堵防止水流繼續流入,人工對原有管道進行修復,最后進行水下混凝土全包封施工。該方法工藝成熟可靠,操作簡單,施工風險低,對周邊環境影響小,可以很好地解決過河段管道滲漏水影響施工進展問題。為冒頂事故的進一步處理創造良好的施工條件。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of water seepage and roof fall in the mechanical pipe jacking construction of the river section, the relatively dry site is formed by the construction of split cofferdam, the airbag is used to block the upstream and downstream of the pipe network to prevent the flow from continuing to flow, and the original pipe is repaired manually. Finally, the underwater concrete full encapsulation construction is carried out. This method has the advantages of mature and reliable technology, simple operation, low construction risk and little impact on the surrounding environment, and well solves the problem of pipeline leakage affecting the progress of construction. Good construction conditions have been created for further handling of roof collapse accidents.

在市政項目管網頂管施工領域,部分地區排水管道布置在河道內,會存在穿河底頂管施工。頂管施工過程中,因機械擾動,上覆層厚度不夠、地質缺陷等原因,尤其在河床高水位時河底易出現管涌擊穿,河水涌入頂管井內,導致管道、工作井、頂管機頭被水淹沒,甚至燒壞機頭,無法繼續施工[1]。如何處理此類事故,首要的問題是如何徹底控制好水流的涌入,才能具備將機頭取出的條件,并繼續進行頂管施工[2]。
過河段頂管施工滲水冒頂不具備“開天窗“進行明挖處理的條件[3-4]。解決滲水冒頂可采用在管涌擊穿部位澆筑水下混凝土,但僅在覆蓋層上澆筑水下混凝土只能解決頂管上部繼續涌水的問題,管網上下游工作井和接收井及管道沿線仍然會有水流滲入。為徹底解決冒頂段涌水問題,提出了一種過河段頂管冒頂水下全包封施工方法。針對過河段頂管施工出現的管道冒頂現象,采用分幅圍堰施工形成相對干燥的場地,對管網上下游封堵防止水流繼續流入圍堰范圍內,人工對原有管道進行修復,最后進行水下混凝土全包封施工。……
