

摘 要:在經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步的背景下,工程建設(shè)行業(yè)得到一定的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,對(duì)高層建筑而言,科學(xué)技術(shù)為其施工提供更多的便利。而坡地建筑的給水排水設(shè)計(jì)一直以來(lái)都是工程施工難題,備受社會(huì)及工程師的關(guān)注。高層建筑給排水設(shè)計(jì)中,由于構(gòu)造特殊,還需要結(jié)合地理環(huán)境創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),在滿足居民供水要求的同時(shí)符合節(jié)水理念。基于此,該文從實(shí)際案例角度出發(fā),分析高層建筑給排水工程施工技術(shù),并對(duì)工程建設(shè)提供幾點(diǎn)建議。

Abstract: In the context of continuous economic and social development and progress, the engineering construction industry has been given certain development opportunities. As far as high-rise buildings are concerned, science and technology provide more convenience for their construction. The water supply and drainage design of slope buildings has always been a difficult problem in engineering construction, which has attracted the attention of the society and engineers. In the water supply and drainage design of high-rise buildings, due to the special structure, it is also necessary to combine the innovative design with the geographical environment to meet the water supply requirements of residents while in line with the concept of water saving. Based on this, from the point of view of actual cases, this paper analyzes the construction technology of water supply and drainage engineering of high-rise buildings, and provides some suggestions for the construction of the project.

高層建筑工程中,給排水工程與居民優(yōu)質(zhì)生活息息相關(guān),在滿足人們?nèi)粘P枨蟮幕A(chǔ)上也可以為其提供良好的居住環(huán)境。合理的給排水工程設(shè)計(jì),既可以保證居民用水更加便利,也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)循環(huán)供水目的,提高水資源利用率的基礎(chǔ)上,確保污水排放達(dá)標(biāo),為居民營(yíng)造健康的生活環(huán)境。
1 高層建筑給排水工程設(shè)計(jì)
1.1 工程項(xiàng)目分析
某工程占地面積為17.6萬(wàn)m2,其中地上面積為10.2萬(wàn)m2,地下面積為3.3萬(wàn)m2,建筑有503ef0a6644323e75017c153694fd9f54b1cf2694baea1fb9ee16520ac9171f64a層高度,每樓層住戶為4人,供水壓力是0.15 MPa,住戶數(shù)量為200個(gè),用水量為200 L/日,總用水量為40 000 L/日。該高層建筑地質(zhì)條件為東南低、西北高,呈現(xiàn)出東南方向傾斜的特點(diǎn)。
1.2 給水工程設(shè)計(jì)
根據(jù)GB 50015—2009《建筑給水排水設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》要求可知,在建筑生活給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中,還需要按照以下幾點(diǎn)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行處理。一是要求衛(wèi)生器具配水點(diǎn)處?kù)o水壓應(yīng)當(dāng)在0.45 MPa以下;……
