














摘 要:常見的便梁縱移人力推車只能運行于直線段的鋼軌上,對于曲線段鐵軌無法使用,給施工帶來極大不便。提出一種適用于曲線鋼軌的便梁縱移人力推車,負重輪上方焊接一個旋轉部,旋轉部由鋼槽、鋼封環、旋轉板、豎向鋼板和頂板構成,組裝時,鋼槽內部布滿鋼珠、旋轉板置于鋼槽內部并壓在鋼珠上、再把鋼封環焊接于鋼槽的敞口上。旋轉板與鋼槽之間非常容易發生相對旋轉,從而實現車架與負重輪的自由旋轉。所提推車設備簡單、行走速度快、綜合造價低廉,解決曲線鋼軌區域的便梁縱移問題,為鐵路工程施工提供簡便實用設備。

Abstract: The common manual trolley with longitudinal movement of the beam can only run on the rail of the straight line section, and the rail of the curve section can not be used, which brings great inconvenience to the construction. In this paper, a kind of longitudinally moving manual trolley suitable for curved rail is proposed. A rotating part is welded above the load wheel, which is composed of steel groove, steel sealing ring, rotary plate, vertical steel plate and roof plate. Steel groove is covered with steel balls, the rotating plate is placed inside the steel groove and pressed on the steel ball, and then the steel sealing ring is welded to the open of the steel groove. The relative rotation between the rotating plate and the steel groove is very easy to realize the free rotation between the frame and the weight-bearing wheel. The trolley has the advantages of simple equipment, fast walking speed and low comprehensive cost, which solves the problem of longitudinal displacement of convenient beam in curved rail area, and provides simple and practical equipment for railway engineering construction.

在城市道路與普通鐵路相互交叉位置,往往城市道路以下穿方式穿過普速鐵路,交叉口城市道路通常以框架橋形式進行頂進施工。在框架橋下穿既有鐵路營業線工程的頂進施工中[1-4],通常先施工支撐基礎,D型便梁兩端搭在支撐基礎上,用D型便梁加固既有鐵軌后,方可開挖鐵軌加固段下方的鐵路路基進行頂進作業。在多孔框架橋施工時,便梁需進行多次轉移與架設,即D型便梁需在施工范圍內來回多次縱移[5-9]。
通常可用人力便梁推車來實現D型便梁在鐵軌上的縱向移動[10-13]。但常用的人力便梁推車只能在直線鐵軌上移動,目前尚未見能在曲線段鐵軌行走與移動的人力便梁推車,給曲線段框架橋頂進過程中D型便梁的轉換與移動施工帶來極大不便。……
