















摘 要:針對(duì)某航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力渦輪模擬轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力特性試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中發(fā)生的設(shè)備動(dòng)力輸出軸振動(dòng)故障,提出在試驗(yàn)器與轉(zhuǎn)子試驗(yàn)件之間增設(shè)中支點(diǎn)的優(yōu)化方案,并通過(guò)有限元模型對(duì)新方案的試驗(yàn)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析。從分析結(jié)果來(lái)看,增加中支點(diǎn)不但可以抑制動(dòng)力輸出軸的振動(dòng)響應(yīng),還能減小動(dòng)力輸出軸對(duì)模擬轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的影響。采用優(yōu)化方案后,在后續(xù)的試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,動(dòng)力輸出軸的振動(dòng)得到控制,模擬轉(zhuǎn)子平穩(wěn)地運(yùn)行到試驗(yàn)?zāi)繕?biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速。研究結(jié)果表明,在試驗(yàn)器與轉(zhuǎn)子試驗(yàn)件之間設(shè)置中支點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)方案可以提高動(dòng)力輸出軸的穩(wěn)定性,為轉(zhuǎn)子試驗(yàn)提供安全保障。

Abstract: In view of the vibration fault of the power output shaft occurred in the dynamic characteristic test of an aero-engine power turbine simulated rotor, an optimization scheme of adding a middle fulcrum between the tester and the rotor test piece is put forward. The dynamics of the test rotor system od61d74222656e20bcd7444ae491346115c1a6fa596c9c4cd327d06e3eb177308f the new scheme is analyzed by finite element model. From the analysis results, increasing the middle fulcrum can not only restrain the vibration response of the power output shaft, but also reduce the influence of the power output shaft on the dynamic characteristics of the simulated rotor. After adopting the optimization scheme, in the subsequent test process, the vibration of the power output shaft is controlled, and the simulated rotor runs smoothly to the target speed of the test. The research results show that the test scheme of setting the middle fulcrum between the tester and the rotor test piece can improve the stability of the power output shaft and provide safety guarantee for the rotor test.

為了滿足高性能、長(zhǎng)壽命、高可靠性的要求,現(xiàn)代航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)一方面要提供更大的輸出功率,另一方面要求更輕的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)重量。在一些航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上,普遍采用了高轉(zhuǎn)速、高變形能的柔性轉(zhuǎn)子,甚至一些航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子需要跨彎曲臨界轉(zhuǎn)速工作,由此帶來(lái)了許多轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)問(wèn)題。因此,在航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)研發(fā)過(guò)程中,通常需要對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,掌握轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速分布、振型和不平衡響應(yīng)特性,論證轉(zhuǎn)子的動(dòng)力學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)是否合理。
國(guó)外開展轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)研究比較早。在20世紀(jì)初開始就有很多學(xué)者對(duì)跨越臨界轉(zhuǎn)速工作的轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了深入的研究。……
