摘要：全面推進課程思政高質量發展是落實立德樹人根本任務的戰略舉措，是提高人才培養質量的重要任務，而探索各學科與課程思政的融合共生是助力課程思政高質量發展的關鍵保障，體育與課程思政的高質量融合建設就是促進課程思政高質量發展的典型舉措。本文以新疆大學體育課程為研究對象，采用文獻梳理法、專家訪談法等多種研究方法，針對新疆大學體育課程思政的發展實際與實施環境，提出有針對性的解決策略，最終得出以下結論：提升高校體育教學質量、提高課程思政開展實效、提振體育課程思政育人自信，厚植愛國情懷，砥礪強國之志，全面踐行新時代中國特色社會主義立德樹人辦學理念與教育目標。

Research on the High Quality Development of Ideological and Political Education in Physical Education Courses at Xinjiang University

Abstract： Comprehensively promoting the high-quality development of curriculum ideological and political education is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents， and an important task to improve the quality of talent cultivation. Exploring the integration and symbiosis of various disciplines and curriculum ideological and political education is a key guarantee to promote the high-quality development of curriculum ideological and political education. The high-quality integration of sports and curriculum ideological and political education is a typical measure to promote the high-quality development of curriculum ideological and political education. This article takes the physical education curriculum of Xinjiang University as the research object， adopts various research methods such as literature review and expert interviews， and proposes targeted solutions for the development and implementation environment of ideological and political education in physical education curriculum of Xinjiang University. Finally， the following conclusions are drawn： improving the quality of physical education teaching in universities， improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in curriculum， boosting the confidence of ideological and political education in physical education curriculum， cultivating patriotism， and forging the ambition of building a strong country， Comprehensively implement the educational philosophy and goals of cultivating morality and talent in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
