摘? 要:大學生是高校內涵建設和高等教育發展的主體,培養德才兼備的新時代大學生,課堂教學考核方式和學業評價體系改革的作用不可忽視。緊密結合《關于推動課堂教學改革全面提高普通本科高校人才培養質量的通知》(魯教高字〔2022〕4號)“試點內容(一)”,分析傳統的大學生學業評價體系存在的缺陷,提出以人為本的多方式深入手全過程學業評價理念,以彌補終結性評價僅以考試結果作為評價標準的片面性和不足。建立基于以人為本理論的學業評價模型;建設一整套切實可行可推廣的課程學業評價內容包和執行案例包。實施全過程學業評價,要充分貫徹以學生為本、為學生全面發展服務的原則,由關注考試結果轉向教學全過程,要求記憶與能力、理論與實踐、過程與結果并重,豐富課程評價方法和內容,轉變和優化評價標準,從而激勵學生主動學習,促使教師探索新的教學方式,提高教學質量,深化高校教育體制改革,健全立德樹人落實機制,推進高校的內涵式建設和高質量發展。

Abstract: College students are the main body of the connotation construction of colleges and universities and the development of higher education. The role of the reform of classroom teaching assessment and academic evaluation system can not be ignored in cultivating college students with both virtue and ability in the new era. Closely combining with the Notice of Shandong Provincial Department of Education on Promoting Classroom Teaching Reform and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Talent Training in Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges and Universities (Lu Jiao Gao Zi [2022] No. 4), "Pilot Content (1)", this paper analyzes the defects of the traditional college students' academic evaluation system and puts forward the concept of human-oriented multi-way in-depth whole-process academic evaluation to make up for the one-sidedness and deficiency of the final evaluation which only takes the test result as the evaluation standard. The academic evaluation model based on human-oriented theory is established. A set of feasible and extendable curriculum evaluation content package and execution case package are constructed. The whole process of academic evaluation should fully implement the principle of student-oriented and serving for students' all-round development, shift from paying attention to the test results to the whole teaching process, require equal emphasis on memory and ability, theory and practice, process and result, enrich the curriculum evaluation methods and contents, change and optimize the evaluation criteria, so as to encourage students to take the initiative to learn, and encourage teachers to explore new teaching methods. We will improve the quality of teaching, deepen the reform of the education system in colleges and universities, improve the implementation mechanism for cultivating virtues and cultivating people, and promote the connotational construction and high-quality development of colleges and universities.
