數字鄉村背景下縉云縣魚川村文化數字活化策略探析

摘" 要：隨著城鄉經濟發展差異化擴大，村落中的傳統文化遭遇沖擊，主要體現在趨同化、城市化等方面的危機。在智慧鄉村建設的大背景下，數字化技術對鄉村文化的振興起到至關重要的作用。然而現階段，鄉村數字化建設仍存在著保護手段滯后、文化傳播受限、應用場景單一等發展誤區。該文期望以浙江省魚川村為調研對象，以數字活化技術為手段，數字賦能鄉村文化的傳承、創新、發展，最終形成鄉村優秀文化傳播路徑，為鄉村振興提供有力途徑。

Abstract： With the expansion of the differentiation of urban and rural economic development， the traditional culture in the village has suffered an impact， which is mainly reflected in the crisis of assimilation and urbanization. In the context of reconstructing smart villages， digital technology plays a vital role in the revitalization of rural culture. At the present stage， however， there are still misunderstandings in the construction of rural digitization， such as lagging protection means， limited cultural dissemination， single application scene， and so on. This paper hopes to take Yuchuan Village in Zhejiang Province as the research object， use digital activation technology as the means， digitally empower the inheritance， innovation and development of rural culture， and finally form a way for the spread of excellent rural culture， so as to provide an accessible path to rural revitalization.

自2008年7月1日國務院發布《歷史文化名城名鎮名村保護條例》[1]正式實施至今，我國已收錄8 131個傳統村落名單，隨著鄉村保護進程的推進，鄉村文化的活化和發展迎來新的契機。黨的十九大提出鄉村振興戰略，使鄉村進入快速發展階段。毫無疑問，鄉村的數字化建設是全面推進鄉村振興的有效著力點。黨的二十大亦提出通過數字賦能打造智慧鄉村來全面推進鄉村振興。數字化時代下，利用數字技術發展優勢，挖掘、保護、弘揚和傳承鄉村文化，是實現鄉村現代化發展的有效手段。對此，本文就鄉村文化數字活化展開策略探析。

學界中許多學者也從多個角度對鄉村建設的困境進行分析。例如，古小東等[2]認為鄉村建設困境不僅在于傳統鄉村文化被破壞，相關基礎設施落后，也缺乏相應的人才；彭志剛[3]也持類似看法，認為缺乏數字人才導致沒有發展動力，缺乏數字化思維，數字基礎設施不完善；……
