











[摘 要:文章基于2008—2019年我國30個省份交通運輸業的面板數據,采用Super-SBM模型測算交通運輸業碳排放效率,并結合核密度曲線與重心—標準差橢圓模型考察其時空演化特征。結果顯示:交通運輸業碳排放效率總體偏低,呈現分散性區域聚集特征;樣本研究期間,處于高值效率區的省份數量明顯減少,且主要分布在東部沿海地區;交通運輸業碳排放效率存在空間自相關性;人均GDP、交通運輸強度、環境治理強度對交通運輸業碳排放效率有正向促進作用,交通運輸結構和資本存量對交通運輸業碳排放效率有負面抑制作用。

Abstract:Based on the panel data of the transportation industry in 30 provinces of China from 2008 to 2019,this paper uses the Super-SBM model to measure the carbon emission efficiency of the transportation industry,and examines its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics in combination with the Kernel density curve and the gravity center standard deviation ellipse model. The results show that the overall carbon emission efficiency of the transportation industry is relatively low,exhibiting a dispersed regional agglomeration feature;during the sample study period,the number of provinces in high value efficiency areas significantly decreases,mainly distributing in the eastern coastal areas;there is spatial autocorrelation in the carbon emission efficiency of the transportation industry;the per capita GDP,transportation intensity,and environmental governance intensity have positive promoting effects on the carbon emission efficiency of the transportation industry,while the transportation structure and the capital stock have negative inhibitory effects on the carbon emission efficiency of the transportation industry.

一、引言及文獻綜述
科技的快速發展在促使經濟增長的同時也使二氧化碳排放量持續增加,由此引發全球氣候變暖、海平面升高以及極端氣候頻發等問題,嚴重影響了人類生活。黨的二十大報告提出,積極穩妥推進碳達峰碳中和,推動能源清潔低碳高效利用,推進工業、建筑、交通等領域清潔低碳轉型。目前,我國碳排放量一直居高不下,并且仍以較快速度增長,為此,我國大力發展清潔能源促進綠色交通,以期減少交通運輸業碳排放量,而經濟發展水平不均衡、自然地理環境限制、國民客貨運需求量加大、私人汽車擁有量大幅增加等因素導致交通運輸業的碳減排目標實現難度增大。因此,研究交通運輸業碳排放效率的時空演化特征及其影響因素,對于制定更加精準的碳減排政策、早日實現碳達峰碳中和目標有著積極而深遠的意義。……
