數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新準(zhǔn)備、動(dòng)態(tài)能力與企業(yè)數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新

[摘 要：數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代，數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新已成為企業(yè)提質(zhì)增效和培育新動(dòng)能的重要引擎。文章基于動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論，探討數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型背景下數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新準(zhǔn)備影響企業(yè)數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在機(jī)制和邊界條件。結(jié)果表明：數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新準(zhǔn)備正向影響企業(yè)數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新，動(dòng)態(tài)能力在數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新準(zhǔn)備與數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新之間發(fā)揮中介作用；與機(jī)械式工作單位結(jié)構(gòu)相比，數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新準(zhǔn)備在有機(jī)式工作單位結(jié)構(gòu)中能夠更好地提升企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力，并且動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)企業(yè)數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新的正向作用也會(huì)得到增強(qiáng)，從而能夠強(qiáng)化動(dòng)態(tài)能力在數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新準(zhǔn)備與企業(yè)數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新之間的中介作用。

Abstract：In the era of digital economy，digital innovation has become an important engine for enterprises to improve quality and efficiency，and cultivate new driving forces. Based on the dynamic capability theory，this paper discusses the internal mechanism and boundary conditions of digital innovation readiness affecting enterprise digital innovation in the context of digital transformation. The results indicate that digital innovation readiness has a positive impact on enterprise digital innovation，and dynamic capabilities play a mediating role between digital innovation readiness and digital innovation；compared with the mechanical work unit structure，digital innovation readiness can better enhance the dynamic capabilities of enterprises in the organic work unit structure，and the positive effect of dynamic capabilities on digital innovation of enterprises will also be enhanced，thereby strengthening the mediating role of dynamic capabilities between digital innovation readiness and enterprise digital innovation.

一、引 言

隨著數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的來(lái)臨，數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略成為世界各國(guó)搶占全球數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)這一輪產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)制高點(diǎn)的新引擎［1］。黨的二十大報(bào)告提出“加快發(fā)展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)，促進(jìn)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)深度融合，打造具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)集群”的任務(wù)，這意味著通過(guò)數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新賦能各行各業(yè)，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)成為重中之重。而企業(yè)作為數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新的主體，承受著通過(guò)數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新變革業(yè)務(wù)模式、提高自身數(shù)字化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的巨大壓力［2］。因此，在數(shù)字化浪潮的沖擊下，如何利用數(shù)字化技術(shù)重塑業(yè)務(wù)，探索新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇成為企業(yè)亟待破解的現(xiàn)實(shí)難題［3］。

數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新是一種新興的創(chuàng)新模式，旨在利用數(shù)字信息技術(shù)，不斷重塑產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)、市場(chǎng)格局和商業(yè)模式，在提升企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用［1］。……
