

摘要:隨著國家教育改革的深入推進和教學觀念的快速發展,激勵機制在體育教學中被廣泛應用,特別是近年來的各級體育競賽的發展,為高校體育教學注入了新的發展活力,充分激發了校園運動氛圍,為高校學生體育運動習慣培養和參與興趣的激發做出了凸出貢獻。本文從體育競賽理論出發,從運動競賽理論和運動競賽校園發展實踐2個層面展開高校體育競賽激勵機制與高校體育教學的融合實踐策略,提升體育競賽理論價值認知和教學實踐實施過程的體系化、規律化教學策略探索,為當前的高校體育教學進行新的教育探索。

The construction of sports competition theory and incentive strategy and the implementation of physical education in colleges and universities

Abstract: With the in-depth advancement of national education reform and the rapid development of teaching concepts, the incentive mechanism has been widely used in physical education, especially in recent years, the development of sports competitions at all levels, which has injected new development vitality into college physical education, fully stimulated the campus sports atmosphere, and made prominent contributions to the cultivation of college students' sports habits and interest in participation. Starting from the theory of sports competition, this paper carries out the integration practice strategy of college sports competition incentive mechanism and college physical education from two levels: sports competition theory and sports competition campus development practice, so as to improve the theoretical value cognition of sports competition and the systematic and regular teaching strategy exploration of teaching practice implementation process, and carry out new educational exploration for the current college physical education teaching.

2019年在黨的十九大報告中提出“體育強國”戰略,加強學校體育教學改革,提升學生體質健康和體育素養教育成效,構建群眾體育社會發展氛圍和開展策略研究不僅是國家職能部門的事務,更是廣大教職員工的重要的時代責任。我國自2006年起相繼發起“陽光校園體育”、“校園足球”、“校園籃球”等校園體育,并進行了西方新式體育引進與民族傳統體育發展等多種體育教學資源拓展和體育教學改革,極大豐富了我國各級學校學生的體育學習資源和體育運動項目的選擇,促進了學生體質健康的發展和體育教育的飛躍[1]。體育競賽作為集體性的群體活動,通過有序的組織和組織規則設計,不僅可以在短時間內讓參與者充分感受到體育運動的濃厚氛圍,還可以在參與的過程充分感受到體育運動和體育人文的帶來的精神教化價值,激發個體的集體榮譽感、責任感和群體意識,還可以通過團隊組織學會集體協作、養成良好的價值觀,為個體的社會化發展奠定基礎。……
