摘要:為了加快數字資源與體育教學相結合進程,縮短城鄉教育發展水平距離,逐步實現教育公平,本研究對湖北省鄉鎮中小學體育數字資源使用現狀進行研究,得出了湖北省鄉鎮中小學存在重視程度不足、資源配備低、教師信息化能力低、和學習主動學習意識不足四個影響體育數字資源使用的因素。針對以上問題,提出了加強重視程度;強化資源整合,改變觀念;加強信息化師資隊伍建設;以學生為主體,創新教學模式等結論建議。期望能夠改善農村中小學信息化基礎建設,提高農村教育質量,縮小區域差異,推動教育信息化的發展,促進教育公平。

A Study on the Current Situation and Optimization Strategies for the Use of Sports Digital Resources in Primary and Secondary Schools in Hubei Province

Abstract: In order to accelerate the process of combining digital resources with physical education, shorten the distance between urban and rural education development levels and gradually achieve educational equity, this study examines the current situation of the use of physical education digital resources in primary and secondary schools in rural Hubei Province, and concludes that there are four factors affecting the use of physical education digital resources in primary and secondary schools in rural Hubei Province: insufficient attention, low resource provision, low information technology capability of teachers, and insufficient awareness of active learning. The study concluded that there are four factors affecting the use of digital resources for physical education in rural primary and secondary schools in Hubei province: insufficient attention, low availabilityof resources, low informatization ability of teachers and insufficient awareness of active learning. In response to the above problems, the conclusions and recommendations were put forward, such as strengthening the degree of attention; strengthening the integration of resources and changing the concept; strengthening the construction of informatization teachers; and taking students as the main body and innovating the teaching mode. It is expected to improve the informatization infrastructure of rural primary and secondary schools, improve the quality of rural education, narrow regional differences, promote the development of education informatization and promote educational equity.

教育資源逐漸成為教育信息化建設中的重點和核心[1]。《國務院發布城鄉義務教育一體化改革發展的意見》和《關于進一步做好“優師計劃”師范生培養工作的通知》中指出,要豐富優質資源建設問題,加快縮小城鄉教育差距,支撐終身數字教育。由此可見數字化轉型越來越有其必要性,是高質量教育體系的重要推力[2],對促進城鄉一體化,促進城鄉均衡發展具有重要意義。
智能信息時代數字教育資源成為人類終身學習的支撐,數字資源的發展對我國中小學教育產生了較大的影響,數字化教學的推進改變了單向輸出,同時教育資源的輔助教學給鄉鎮中小學教師賦能,利用體育數字教學資源,讓體育教師一邊看,一邊學,在了解數字教育資源優勢的同時指導教學實踐,引導學生對體育技能知識的學習。……
