汽車碰撞安全的影響因素分析

摘 要：汽車產業作為我國國民經濟重要支柱產業之一，而汽車碰撞安全性直接影響著汽車產業在國際上的競爭力及其人民的生命財產安全，面對我國交通事故所造成的人員傷亡率居高不下的現狀，本文從汽車安全法規、試驗、新技術等層面對汽車碰撞安全性的影響因素展開分析，并提出對應的措施，為汽車碰撞安全性能的改進提供相應的參考。

Abstract：Automobile industry is one of the important pillar industries of China's national economy， and automobile collision safety directly affects the international competitiveness of the automobile industry and the safety of people's lives and property. In the face of the high rate of casualties caused by traffic accidents in China， this paper analyzes the influencing factors of automobile collision safety from the aspects of automobile safety regulations， tests， new technologies， etc.， and proposes corresponding measures to provide corresponding reference for the improvement of automobile collision safety performance.

1 引言

隨著我國經濟的快速發展，道路基本設施及人民的生活節奏也發生了巨大的變化，汽車作為人民出行的重要交通工具肩負著重要的使命，隨之而來的便是汽車的擁有量也以驚人的速度快速增長，與此同時觸目驚心的交通事故也給世界各國帶來恐慌。為此各國紛紛開展事故調查與分析，采取相應的試驗方式驗證汽車碰撞的安全性能，制定并實施法律法規、標準以及開展相應的技術研究等措施來降低交通事故的發生率及人員傷亡率。但影響汽車碰撞安全與技術的因素又因不同國家而有所不同，即使是同一國家在此方面的影響因素也是錯綜復雜，而我國作為世界各國中交通事故傷亡率最高的國家，為此針對我國的汽車碰撞安全的影響因素分析勢在必行。

2 汽車安全法規對汽車碰撞安全的影響分析

在生產生活中的相關法律法規往往存在滯后性，汽車安全法規也不例外。縱觀汽車發展歷史，汽車安全法規往往是因車輛造成的事故引起人類重視之后逐步制定與完善的，而完善的法規在降低交通事故方面肩負著重要的角色，為此開展汽車碰撞安全性的汽車安全法規的影響因素分析有著重要的意義。……
