The Influence of Su Song's Neo Confucianism Accomplishment on Zhu Xi

Zhu Xi believes that Su Song's "profound Taoism" is to affirm that Su Song has solid Neo Confucianism cultivation, which can be confirmed from Su Song's "not too much" life code, the political principle of pursuing axiom, the scientific spirit of deep study of physics, and the value criterion based on ethics. Grounded on the "three programs" and "eight items" inand the "Neutralization" thought in, Zhu Xi vigorously praised Su Song's Neo Confucianism attainment. He may have found the exact practical value of Neo Confucianism from Su Song's life experience and official character, so as to strengthen the life ambition of "specializing in Taoism". However, Su Song is neither a professional Taoist and nor engaged in the teaching and discussion of Taoist theoretical issues. Therefore, Zhu Xi did not introduce Su Song as a fellow Taoist and rarely mentioned him after leaving Tong'an.

Standardization of Fiduciary Duty of Trustee under Data Trust Model

There are two different schemes for data trust. From the perspective of British data trust theory, it is necessary to establish an independent third party to realize the balance of rights between data subject and data processor. Therefore, updating the fiduciary duty of data trustee comes to be the requirement of the times. In the data trust mode, the data trust company and the data processor are both data trustees. To improve information disclosure and standardize trust data sources, we should improve the data classification and hierarchical protection system and establish a data disclosure notification system to update the connotation of caution requirements. The author put forwards the following measures: realizing the income arrangement of data assets, establishing a reasonable data pricing mechanism to reshape the connotation of the duty of loyalty, clarifying the judgment standard of data trust responsibility, and adopting the rule of inversion of burden of proof and limited application of punitive damages to anchor the accountability mechanism of data trustee.

Sports-featured Town: Empowerment, Integration and Optimization of Its New Economic Space

As a new economic space carrier, sports-featured town has become a new trend and new growth point of regional economic development with its unique location advantages and industrial functions. This paper combs the basic elements and generation mechanism of the formation of sports characteristic towns, by taking the "new economic space" theory as the logical origin, using the methods of literature research and logical analysis, through the analysis of the basic characteristics and existing forms of its economic space. Its generation mechanism is jointly promoted by internal and external forces. In its transformation mechanism from "spatial form" to "industrial format", it enables the sports industry to realize cross-border integration and spatial transformation. Based on the analysis of the basic elements of the new economic space and the "double cycle" model, this paper puts forward to build a "four linkage" system with "mainbody linkage, urban-rural linkage," “growth, life and living” linkage and competition-performance linkage "as the core, so as to further expand and optimize the new path of the construction of sports-featured towns.

Theoretical Picture of Domestic Social Stability Risk Assessment Research (2005-2020)

Social stability risk assessment has been carried out for 15 years, and the academic community has made a wealth of research. Concerning researchers, research institutions, research topics and research trends based on 413 social stability risk assessment research documents in CNKI database from 2005 to 2020, the visual analysis shows that the academic community of such a research is forming, and the research topics are gradually improved. Around the five themes of social stability risk assessment, such as background, object, process, method and reform, a relevant theoretical discourse system has been preliminarily formed. However, the quality of the academic community needs to be improved, the topic field of stability assessment research be expanded, and there are a few theoretical tests and construction studies based on first-hand data. In the future, we need to solve these problems and improve the explanatory power and influence of the academic discourse of stability assessment research.

Empirical Analysis of Urban Risk Assessment System

Modern society is a risk society, for whether the risk management seems effective or not is directly related to the normal operation of the city. As an essential early link in risk management, risk assessment has gradually developed into the hot issues of academic research at home and abroad. The assessment results of urban risk factors in Suzhou, including natural environment risks, infrastructure operation risks, public safety risks, urban social risks and industrial financial risks, show that the comprehensive risk level of Suzhou is "general", and the public safety risk factors are relatively easy to cause group events. Accordingly, we should maintain the ecological background, strengthen infrastructure construction, build an urban safety system, rectify the social environment and strive to improve the strength of the financial industry, so as to effectively resolve the urban risks which Suzhou is facing.

A Gentleman Seeks Harmony but Not Uniformity—A cultural perspective on the monarch-subject contradiction in Shu Han Kingdom in

For ancient Chinese novels, the individual internal contradictions and conflicts of a group should be paid more attention than its common characteristics of unity and harmony. In, among the limited contradictions and conflicts within the Shuhan group, the most cultural implication remains the contradiction between their monarchs and officials, which mainly reflects in the relationship between Zhuge Liang, Liu Bei and his son. After Liu Bei ascended the throne, around the plan of "attacking Wu", there were fierce contradictions and conflicts between them, among which the deep cultural connotation deserves quite rich and deep discussion. The contradiction in the later stage of Shuhan group was mainly reflected in the strategic differences on whether to carry out the northern expedition. Zhuge Liang carried out the Northern Expedition year after year, while Liu Chan longed for peace. Some of these problems should be re-evaluated in that cultural context. The new cultural interpretation of the monarch-subject contradiction of Shu Han dynasties can not only see the richness of the cultural connotation of, but also understand a series of major problems such as the social development of ancient China, the safety of the country, the survival and death of the people, etc. Meanwhile, it also shows that the cultural interpretation of classical novels such as the romance of the masterpiece is inexhaustible and endless.
