摘要:風景園林遺產保護類課程“傳統園林技藝”面向設計實踐類專業人才,從知識、能力與素養方面開展園林匠作技藝文化遺產的熏陶與培養,由廣東省非物質文化遺產傳承人與高校教師組成教學團隊,通過慕課(MOOC)建設解決線下教學組織協調難的問題,讓學生以更為具體可感的方式直觀體驗園林匠作技藝遺產,同時為非物質文化遺產傳承留下記錄并擴大教學影響力與輻射面。課程從教學主體、內容與形式進行改革,以嶺南園林匠作技藝體系為主要內容與載體,以高校教師理論講解與技藝傳承人實操演示相結合,并在應用中探索線上線下混合教學模式。

Abstract:The course of "Traditional Garden Craftsmanship", as landscape architecture heritage conservation course for design practice professionals, focuses on the cultivation of traditional garden craftsmanship culture and heritage from the aspects of knowledge, ability and quality. A joint teaching team composed of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage and university teachers aims to solve the problems of offline teaching organization and coordination through the construction of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC), make students experience directly the heritage of garden craftsmanship in a more specific and perceptible way, make records for intangible heritage and expand the teaching influence and radiation. The course reforms in teaching subject, content and form. Lingnan traditional garden skills and craftsmanship become the main teaching contents and knowledge carrier. The course combines teacher’s theoretical explanations with inheritors' presentations and practical demonstrations, and explores the combination mode of online and offline in application.

大規模開放在線課程(Massive Open Online Courses,簡稱MOOC,又稱“慕課”)作為面向大眾開放的在線網絡課程,在信息化時代為高校傳統課堂教學與師生互動關系帶來了全新的挑戰,其集合教學、測試、互動交流與評價于一體,更加強調學生自主學習的主動性,真正實現課堂“以學生為中心”。慕課的獲取便捷性能突破時空的局限,通過對學習內容進行分割,更有效推動學生的“碎片化”學習(Fragmentation Learning)。近幾年來,教育部大力推動基于“兩性一度”的“金課”建設,即以高階性、創新性和挑戰度為標準的一流課程建設,大力推動在線開放課程的建、用、學,并以慕課作為實現中國高等教育人才培養質量提升的關鍵一招[1]。……
