怎樣寫好英文求職信

一、任務呈現

鹽城市一家西餐廳擬在暑期招聘數名實習學生，要求具備一定的英語口語能力。下面是該店在報上登載的招聘啟事：

假如你是鹽城中學高三學生陳明，愿意應聘。請給經理寫一封求職信，介紹自己并說明你愿意應聘的理由。

注意：1. 詞數150 左右;

2. 可適當增加細節，使行文連貫。

二、任務分析

1. 該書面表達任務是寫一封求職信，屬于正式信函，所以應該注意書信的正確格式。

2. 求職信的措辭應當恰當，忌夸大其詞或過于謙虛;結構安排應合理，做到詳略得當，重點寫清符合該職位要求的能力、資歷。結合該題，行文前應認真審題，切不可遺漏要點;行文時對要點的詳略作合理安排。

3. 在遣詞造句上，應盡量使用一些較復雜句型和高級詞匯，以提升文章的得分檔次。

1. 錯誤評析

①“我從報紙上得知……”陳述的是過去的事實，因此該句中的learn應該用一般過去時，即learned。

② although 或though 不能和but 連用，故該處應當刪掉but。

② 在遣詞造句上，能使用定語從句，如It will befree for me during the summer vacation， which give mea chance to find an opportunity to practice my spokenEnglish.賓語從句，如I learned it from the newspaperthat you need a translator.等較復雜句型;此外，還恰到好處地選用了what’s more， as well as， though 等一些連接成分。這些句型和連接成分的使用，提升了文章的得分檔次。

五、英文求職信的寫作要求

1. 掌握求職信的格式求職信屬于正式信函，應該使用正式英文書信的寫作格式。與中文信函的格式不同，英文正式信函應在信件的左上方寫上寫信人的信息，如住址、寄信時間等;在寄信人信息的下方寫上收信人的信息。

2. 明確正文要點求職信的正文主要包含三個要點：首先寫明信息來源及所要應聘的職位，并表達求職意向;接著寫個人簡介和個人能力，包括年齡、資歷等等，這一部分為主體部分，應詳寫;最后感謝對方審閱自己的簡歷，希望得到面試機會。

3. 正確選用時態求職信的時態應正確使用。在敘述自己能力時用一般現在時;在提到資歷或經歷時，用一般過去時;在表達祝愿或希望時用一般將來時。

4. 恰當選用套句求職信的要點及結構一般都是固定的，使用的句型類型和習慣表達也類似，所以可以恰當選用一些套句，如I am writing to inquire opportunities for .../I believeyou will find me well-qualified.等。
