在英語中，常用win來表達(dá)“奪冠”“奪金”。同學(xué)們最常見“奪冠、奪金”的英文表達(dá)是“win the game/win the championship/win the gold medal/win the firstprize/become（be） the champion/come first”等。

但瀏覽《中國日報》關(guān)于2022北京冬奧會的相關(guān)英文報道后發(fā)現(xiàn)，除了使用wm，take外，還可以用claim， clinch， earn， grab， snatch， secure， bag， pocket， fin-ish等，表示“奪冠”。

冬奧會開賽第二天，中國隊(duì)首開記錄（open host'saccount），獲得東道主的第一塊金牌。請看China Dai-ly的兩則英文報道：

Wu Dajing spearheads thrilling mixed team relay tri-umph as Team China grabs its first gold of the Games.武大靖帶領(lǐng)中國隊(duì)奪得奧運(yùn)首金。

China's short-track speed skaters claimed the host'sfirst gold medal of the Beijing Winter Olympics in the in-augural 2，OOOm mixed team relay on Saturday.周六，中國短道速滑選手在北京冬奧會2000米混合接力賽中為東道主奪得首枚金牌。

兩天后，中國又添一金。China Daily這樣報道：China's Ren Ziwei won the men's 1，000- meter shorttrack speed skating final at the Beijing 2022 WinterOlympics on Monday night， earmng the host country itssecond gold medal of the Games.周一晚，中國選手任子威在短道速滑男子1000米決賽中獲勝，為中國贏得了本屆冬奧會的第二枚金牌。

從以上的英文報道中可以看出，grab，claim，win，earn四個動詞表達(dá)的均是“奪冠／奪金”之意。下面筆者以北京冬奧會期間China Daily的相關(guān)英文報道為例，總結(jié)并梳理一下“奪冠／奪金”的英文表達(dá)及其相關(guān)用法，同時附上Collins詞典的英漢釋義。
