摘?要:隨著“互聯網+”和移動通信設備的層出不窮,人類的學習方式發生了革命性的變革,對高職教育也產生了巨大的沖擊,而青年教師是高等職業教育教學質量提升的中堅力量,應轉變教學觀念和人才培養模式,把學科教學與信息技術深度的融合,學院也應把青年教師信息化教學能力的提升作為發展職業教育的核心戰略,促使教師提高課堂教學質量和效果。本文在重點分析了高職院校青年教師信息化教學能力現狀的基礎之上,探討了提升高職院校青年教師信息化教學能力的對策。

2018年4月,教育部頒布《教育信息化2.0行動計劃》指出,教育信息化推動了我國高等職業教育教學改革,教育信息化已從1.0進入2.0時代,開啟了智能時代教育下的不朽豐碑。[1]在“互聯網+”時代背景下,人們的學習方式發生了巨大的變革,信息技術給人類生活方式帶來了全新挑戰。青年教師作為職業教育教學質量提升的中堅力量,應把信息技術創新應用作為發展職業教育的核心戰略,轉變教學觀念和人才培養模式,借助多媒體、服務器、移動通信網絡等現代化信息技術,在充分利用數字化教學資源的前提下完成教學任務,使信息技術與學科教學的有機融合,實現教學過程的數字化、現代化。推動職業院校信息技術在基礎和專業課程中的應用,首要提高學生信息化技術的實踐創新能力和綜合知識素養,通過教師的教學反思和學生評教,才能真正促進青年教師信息化教學能力的提升。
