雞大腸桿菌病鑒別診斷與防治

摘要：大腸桿菌病是雞養殖領域發生流行較為嚴重的一種細菌性傳染性疾病，是由某些致病性線性型的大腸桿菌侵染機體引發的一種傳染性疾病，不同年齡的雞感染大腸桿菌后，會表現出不同的臨床特征，由于表現的臨床癥狀多樣，在診斷中經常將該病與其他傳染性疾病混淆，造成診斷缺乏針對性，錯過最佳的防控時機。該文主要論述雞大腸桿菌的發病原因、臨床癥狀、病理變化和鑒別診斷方法，然后提出相應的防控措施，希望通過研究對廣大同行有所幫助。

Differential Diagnosis and Control of Avian Colibacillosis

Abstract：Colibacillsis is a kind of bacterial infectious disease that has become more prevalent in the chicken breeding field. It is caused by the infection of certain pathogenic linear types of E. Coli into the body by infectious disease，due to the variety of clinical symptoms，the disease is often confused with other diseases in the diagnosis，resulting in a lack of specificity in the diagnosis of E. coli in chickens of different ages，and miss the best chance of containment. This paper mainly discusses the pathogenic cause，clinical symptoms，pathological changes and differential diagnosis methods of chicken E. Coli，and then puts forward the corresponding prevention and control measures.

大腸桿菌是自然環境中存在較為廣泛的一種條件性致病菌，同時也是雞消化道中的一種常在致病菌，呈現隱性發病經過，不會表現出明顯的致病性。雞養殖管理中，如果沒有做好針對性營養調控，養殖場的衛生環境相對較差，養殖密度較大，雞舍空氣迅速惡化，造成雞群身體抵抗能力下降后，會給大腸桿菌病的傳播流行提供條件。大腸桿菌在養殖場中傳播流行，速度較快，流行范圍較為廣泛，可威脅不同年齡不同品種的雞。要求養殖管理人員加強該種疾病的流行特征調查，分析引起大腸桿菌病發生的主要原因，并構建綜合性的防控方案，確保在短時間內控制病情，避免帶來嚴重的經濟損失。
