加強(qiáng)園林施工管理及成本控制的方法

摘要：黨的十九大以來，國務(wù)院對各地方加強(qiáng)精神文明建設(shè)作出重要指示，要求各地方政府保證民眾物質(zhì)文明建設(shè)與精神文明建設(shè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。風(fēng)景園林工程作為滿足我國當(dāng)前社會居民精神文化需要的解決辦法之一，其不僅能夠提升社會居民的生活質(zhì)量，也能更好地保護(hù)我國生態(tài)環(huán)境。現(xiàn)階段我國已經(jīng)加強(qiáng)了對園林綠化方面的重視程度，但仍存在諸如施工管理不具體、成本控制不到位等問題制約其發(fā)展。基于此，本文將針對園林綠化工程中施工管理方面的問題進(jìn)行分析，并提出幾項(xiàng)合理化建議和成本控制對策，以保證園林綠化工程能更好地服務(wù)于大眾。

Abstract：since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the State Council has made important instructions for local governments to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization，requiring local governments to ensure the coordinated development of people's material civilization construction and spiritual civilization construction. As one of the solutions to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of China's current social residents，landscape engineering can not only improve the quality of life of social residents，but also better protect China's ecological environment. At this stage，China has strengthened its attention to landscaping，but there are still some problems restricting its development，such as unspecified construction management and inadequate cost control. Based on this，this paper will analyze the problems of construction management in Landscaping Engineering，and put forward several rationalization suggestions and cost control countermeasures to ensure that landscaping engineering can better serve the public.

當(dāng)前我國大力推行風(fēng)景園林建設(shè)工作的主要目的，是為了幫助我國各地區(qū)快速建立生態(tài)文明城市，從而有效推動我國綜合可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的全面落實(shí)實(shí)施。然而，當(dāng)前部分風(fēng)景園林的施工管理過程中還是存在著一些問題，這也嚴(yán)重地阻礙了我國部分地區(qū)的綜合持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此，部分地區(qū)應(yīng)當(dāng)充分發(fā)揮風(fēng)景園林施工管理的重要作用，科學(xué)合理地解決掉當(dāng)前所存在問題的同時將施工成本有效控制，在提升當(dāng)?shù)厣鷳B(tài)環(huán)境的同時，也為我國綜合可持續(xù)發(fā)展盡一份綿薄之力。

一、我國現(xiàn)階段園林施工管理中存在的問題
