吡拉西坦氯化鈉注射液治療高顱內(nèi)壓腦卒中40例臨床體會(huì)探索

【摘 要】目的：在高顱內(nèi)壓腦卒中患者治療過(guò)程運(yùn)用吡拉西坦氯化鈉注射液，并對(duì)其效果進(jìn)行分析。方法：本實(shí)驗(yàn)所涉及的對(duì)象是2020年3月至2021年1月因高顱內(nèi)壓腦卒中來(lái)我院就診的患者，患者數(shù)量總計(jì)80例，根據(jù)雙盲法將患者分為試驗(yàn)組（40例）與參照組（40例）。參照組患者運(yùn)用甘露醇治療，試驗(yàn)組患者運(yùn)用吡拉西坦氯化鈉注射液治療，將兩組患者治療的不良反應(yīng)情況、治療效果、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分進(jìn)行對(duì)比，分析最為適宜的治療高顱內(nèi)壓腦卒中患者的方法。結(jié)果：比較研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，與參照組患者相比較，試驗(yàn)組患者治療有效率、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分更高，且不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率更低，組間差異具有顯著性特征（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：在高顱內(nèi)壓腦卒中患者的臨床治療實(shí)踐中吡拉西坦氯化鈉注射液較之甘露醇效果更為顯著，可在保證治療效果基礎(chǔ)上避免出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。故而應(yīng)在高顱內(nèi)壓腦卒中患者臨床治療實(shí)踐中大力推廣吡拉西坦氯化鈉注射液治療手段。

Clinical experience of piracetam sodium chloride injection in the treatment of 40 cases of stroke with high intracranial pressure

【Abstract】Objective：To use piracetam sodium chloride injection in the treatment of stroke patients with high intracranial pressure and analyze its effect.Methods： The subjects involved in this experiment were 80 patients who came to our hospital from March 2020 to January 2020 due to high intracranial pressure stroke. According to the double-blind method， the patients were divided into experimental group（40cases） and reference group（40cases）. Patients in the reference group were treated with mannitol，while patients in the experimental group were treated with piracetam sodium chloride injection. The adverse reactions， therapeutic effects and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared， and the most suitable method for treating stroke patients with high intracranial pressure was analyzed. Results： Compared with the reference group， the experimental group had higher effective rate and higher quality of life score， and lower adverse reaction rate， and the difference between the two groups was significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Piracetam sodium chloride injection is more effective than mannitol in the clinical treatment of stroke patients with high intracranial pressure， which can avoid adverse reactions on the basis of ensuring the therapeutic effect. Therefore， piracetam sodium chloride injection should be widely used in the clinical treatment of stroke patients with high intracranial pressure.

腦卒中在臨床上是一種較為常見(jiàn)的急性腦血管疾病[1]。腦卒中是因?yàn)槟X部血管突然破裂或者阻塞而導(dǎo)致血液無(wú)法流入大腦而引發(fā)的腦組織損傷的一種病癥。腦卒中患者的臨床表現(xiàn)為半身不遂、不省人事、眩暈等。筆者對(duì)吡拉西坦氯化鈉注射液治療高顱內(nèi)壓腦卒中患者的臨床效果進(jìn)行了全面且深入的研究，現(xiàn)形成具體報(bào)道如下。
