人臉識別自助登機助力廣州白云智慧機場建設

摘? 要： 《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》提出，加快基礎設施互聯互通，構建現代化的綜合交通運輸體系，建設粵港澳大灣區世界級機場群。廣州白云國際機場正面臨了前所未有的歷史機遇和挑戰，積極推進智慧機場建設成為當前最緊要的任務之一。本文從旅客登機環節入手，展示廣州白云國際機場東三指廊建立人臉識別自助登機系統的項目背景、實現過程、實施效果以及未來展望。人臉識別自助登機系統的使用提升了機場和航空安全性，同時減少了航服工作人員的機械重復的工作，能有效改善廣州白云國際機場服務質量。

【Abstract】： The outline of development planning of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area puts forward to speed up the interconnection of infrastructure， build a modern comprehensive transportation system， and build a world-class airport group in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is facing unprecedented historical opportunities and challenges， and actively promoting the construction of smart airport has become one of the most urgent tasks. In this paper， starting from the passenger boarding process， the background， implementation process， implementation effect and future prospect of the self boarding system for face recognition in the East Third corridor of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport are presented. The use of face recognition self boarding system improves airport and aviation safety， reduces the mechanical repetitive work of flight service staff， and effectively improves the service quality of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

0? 引言

隨著經濟的發展，越來越多的旅客選擇乘坐飛機出行。2019年全國民航工作會議公開的數據顯示，2018年我國航空旅客運輸量6.1億人次。然而，每年仍有接近一千人的規模持假證、偽造證件等途徑混入機場控制區，甚至乘機等違法行為。這將給旅客出行和機場帶來極大的安全隱患。

為了解決這一安全隱患，廣州白云國際機場建立人臉識別自助登機系統。該系統利用人臉識別技術識別登機旅客和證件是否為同一個人，確認一致后才能登機。人臉識別自助登機系統的使用不僅能提升機場安全系數，也能夠防止旅客上錯飛機。……
