基于JavaWeb的“慧農幫”扶貧網站的設計與實現

摘? 要： 在國家大力實施精準扶貧政策之后，中國貧困狀況得到了很好的改善，但精準扶貧仍然存在不足之處，無法根治貧困現狀，農村存在的限制經濟發展的因素將無法迅速得到解決。本文通過對貴州省當地貧困地區的調查和研究，利用到JavaWeb等核心技術，結合貴州省貧困地區發展現狀，設計和實現了一個功能完善的幫扶平臺，從各個方面為廣大貧困人口提供幫助。

【Abstract】： After the country vigorously implemented the targeted poverty alleviation policy， the poverty situation in China has been improved， but there are still deficiencies in targeted poverty alleviation， which cannot eradicate the current poverty situation. The existing constraints on economic development in rural areas cannot be resolved quickly. In this paper， through the investigation and research of the local poverty-stricken areas in Guizhou Province， using JavaWeb and other core technologies， combined with the development status of the poverty-stricken areas in Guizhou Province， we have designed and implemented a fully functional help platform to provide assistance to the poor population in all aspects.

0? 引言

據國家統計局全國農村貧困監測調查，2018年全國農村貧困人口繼續大幅減少，貧困發生率顯著下降，貧困地區農村居民收入增長幅度高于全國農村平均水平[1]。打贏脫貧攻堅戰，這將在中華民族幾千年發展史上首次整體消除絕對貧困現象，對于中華民族、對于整個人類都具有載入史冊的偉大意義[2]。在黨中央的號召和各級政府的努力下，許多貧困家庭已經實現脫貧，效果也很明顯。但這之中有一部分家庭只是暫時脫貧，譬如很多脫貧的貧困家庭靠種養脫貧，然而因為缺乏種植，養殖等相關專業知識的培訓指導，致使他們的收益不能長期保持在一個相對穩定的水平，對理想的自然環境有很大的依耐性;還有的家庭即使收獲了大量的農產品，畜肉等，但也因為沒有專門的銷售渠道幫助他們獲得收益，導致大量農產品囤積，無法及時售出以至于腐爛，過期，丟棄等大量現象出現，最終這些貧困家庭不僅無法盈利，甚至還出現了虧損現象。……
