中藥湯劑對絕經后婦女乳腺癌的干預作用及炎癥因子的影響

摘 要 目的：探討中藥湯劑對絕經后婦女乳腺癌的干預作用及炎癥因子的影響。方法：收集2019年7月—12月診治的絕經后乳腺癌患者60例，隨機分為觀察組和對照組各30例，對照組給予來曲唑2.5 mg/次，1次/d；阿托伐他汀鈣片20 mg/次，1次/d；共治療1個月。觀察組在此基礎上早、晚口服中藥湯劑各200 ml，共治療1個月。比較兩組治療效果及治療前后炎癥因子、中醫癥候積分和骨密度變化情況。結果：觀察組臨床控制率為73.33%（22/30），高于對照組的43.33%（13/30，P<0.05）；總有效率為90.00%（27/30），高于對照組的66.67%（20/30，P<0.05）。治療后，觀察組的炎癥因子水平均顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）；中醫癥候積分顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）；腰椎骨密度及股骨頸骨密度顯著高于對照組P<0.05）。結論：中藥湯劑配合西藥治療絕經后婦女乳腺癌療效顯著，可明顯改善患者炎癥因子和骨密度水平。

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on breast cancer and inflammatory factors in postmenopausal women

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction on breast cancer and inflammatory factors in postmenopausal women. Methods： Sixty postmenopausal patients with breast cancer diagnosed and treated from July to December 2019 were collected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given letrozole 2.5 mg/time， once a day； atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg/ time， once a day； a total of treatment was 1 month. On this basis， the observation group took 200 ml of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the morning and in the evening for a total of 1 month of treatment. The treatment effects and changes of inflammatory factors， TCM syndrome scores and bone mineral density before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The clinical control rate was 73.33%（22/30） in the observation group， which was higher than 43.33% in the control group（13/30， P<0.05）； the total effective rate was 90.00%（27/30） in the observation group， which was higher than the 66.67% in the control group（20/30， P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P <0.05）； the TCM symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P < 0.05）； the bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of breast cancer in postmenopausal women， and can significantly improve the level of inflammatory factors and bone mineral density in patients.
