Jinan Railway Station follows the principles of fast，convenient，elegant and comfortable，highlights humane care，and constantly improves service facilities and software services，striving to meet the different needs of passengers and cargo owners.

Unify all kinds of passenger reminders，hang up a sketch map of Jinan city in the waiting room，and build a mobile bookstore for free borrowing. There is also a childrens playground and a waiting room for mothers and babies in the east waiting room. A trilingual（Mandarin，English，and dumb）service information desk and a trilingual ticket window are set up in the conspicuous place of the ticket hall. The luggage hall is equipped with a guide and a freight yard. The business process flow chart，the waiting room is equipped with electronic lockers and multi-functional mobile phone chargers，the arrival station weather forecast report column is opened，and high-tech automatic management and control systems such as passenger automatic guidance system，passenger transportation automatic broadcast，and train microcomputer notification are built.

Jinan Railway Station takes full advantage of the coordination function of the overall service chain to provide passengers with special services throughout the whole process. It can provide “six-guide services” and The "five free services" with free luggage handling，free provision of commonly used drugs，free use of stretchers and wheelchairs，free use of cultural and entertainment products，and free use of needles and threads. Efforts will be made to build a "green station"，and more than 6000 square meters of green plants will be planted at both ends of the platform according to local conditions.
