word of mouth,the book reached a sale amount of thirty million.His bril-liance lies not only in his wisdom but also in his sincerity and courage.For the first time,he spoke what people dared not to---almost everyone has different psychological illnesses.Scott encouraged us to face up to problems bravely.But in reality,there are many people who escape problems.If you were civil servants,you would know,facing problems,whether you would solve problems actively or escape problems negatively.All these escapers are hindering their mental matu-rity.The journey to mental maturity is a both complicated and hard task.It is also a lifetime task.Psychological therapy can provide good help for parents but it is not a simple process.For those loyal patients,the writer expressed his gratitude because most of the content is based on what they experienced and learned.Life is full of hardships.Once we understand the truth we would escape from the sea of bitterness.Unfortunately,a majority of people are not willing to face the hard-ships in life.Whenever they meet with problems and suffering,they would com-plain about their fate.

Life is a series of puzzles.The key to the puzzles in life is discipline.A whole set of disciplines can solve them.Problems may open our wisdom and mo-tivate our courage.Working hard for solving problems,our thoughts and minds would grow steadily.American philosopher Benjamin Franklin said:”You can only benefit from sufferings.”To some extent almost everyone has the inclination of being afraid of tolerating suffering.Some people procrastinate continuously,hoping that problems disappear themselves;others use drugs to paralysis them-selves in order to acquire instant relief.The correct thing to do is to realize that problems and suffering in life have extraordinary value.Discipline is the main tool of solving puzzles in life.This set of discipline consist of four main points:no sweet without sweat,taking responsibilities,be loyal to facts,maintaining bal-ance.The bitter must come before the sweet.Namely,dont hanker after comfort

and reset the order of happiness and sufferings in life.It is the only feasible life style.Many youths lack this healthy habit and became problematic students.They lag behind in their study.They are unwilling to think for themselves and lack pa-tience.They escape regular treatment.They continued their life style of failure.In the end,they are more likely to have an unsuccessful marriage in their adulthood.If parents know self-discipline,self-control and self–respect,their life will be life of order.Their children would take such life for granted.Parental love is of vital importance.Poor family may have children who obey rules as long as there is love.Even if born into a lawyers family,their children may not obey rules due to lack of love.Wise parents teach their children to learn discipline by proper urge,encouragement and compliment.They guide their childrens direction of devel-opment by necessary warnings and blames.Family education with love deter-mines the childrens future.Loving parents are good at surveying the childrens needs and making rational judgment.Healthy children know they should choose progress instead of being backward.They know they should seek for happiness instead of self-loathing.If we think ourselves valuable,we would think that our time is also valuable and valuable time must be made good use of.

Awareness of self-discipline and sense of security comes from parentsin-vestment and unremitting care.One African-American writer said:”If you cant solve a problem,you will become a problem.Those who refuse to take respon-sibilities often become the burden of the society.It is very hard to draw a map of life because it needs to be amended continuously.The world is changing and our perception of it is upgraded and readjusted continuously.Leaders are also ordi-nary people.Part of their personality is also molded by their childhood experi-ences.In order to be loyal to facts,we need to make self reflection and express our opinions and thoughts with choice.We should maintain a balance among needs,goals and responsibilities.This calls for constant self-adjustment.The only goal of love is to promote mental maturity and human progress.True love is not pure give but appropriate refusal,timely compliments,proper criticism and quarrel,necessary encouragement,tender comfort and effective urge.Parents should be-come respectable leaders and conductors telling their children what to do and what not to.True love is to respect mutual independence.
