Research on Application of Modular Design Method in Integrated Clothing

Foreword:With the continuous development of science and technology,wearable devices have become a hot topic today.From Iron Mans armor to Rus-sias Ratnik-3"Future Soldier",whether in film and television works or in the art industry,technology can be seen everywhere.The changes brought about by the combination with clothing,clothing with smart elements are also highly sought after.

Modular design has a series of characteristics according to its principles,mainly independence,flexibility,abstraction and interchangeability.Indepen-dence.The module itself generally does not contact the outside world except through the interface.Therefore,the maintenance of the module,Maintenance and disassembly become very convenient;abstract.When determining the speci-fications and quantity of the module,the module can be used as a black box with specific specifications.The user does not need to understand its internal structure and its characteristics,only software and interfaces Compatible,the operator onlyneeds to master some concise rules to use;interchangeability.Modules with dif-ferent performance in the same module system can be replaced with each other to meet the different needs of users.

In summary,the modular design method is the key to mass customization of integrated clothing,and is an inevitable trend in the development of smart cloth-ing in the future.The application of modular thinking in integrated clothing de-sign reflects the modular design method for modern clothing design The innova-tion and convenience brought by the field break through the limitations of the in-herent clothing design process and consumption,provide new ideas for enterprise production and design methods,and provide consumers with more choices.While design thinking is carrying out clothing design,it should also strengthen informa-tion technology exchanges with other industries to ensure that designers have more energy to devote to design,thereby promoting the vigorous development of China's clothing industry.
