以地方行（企）業發展為導向的應用型本科專業建設探索

摘? 要： 研究以地方行（企）業發展為導向的應用型本科計算機科學與技術專業建設，根據新工科建設的要求，以廣州新興產業和新經濟發展需要為導向，明確計算機科學與技術專業的專業培養目標，深化建設產學結合的專業人才培養模式，優化課程體系設置，培養實踐能力強、具有創新意識的應用型人才。

Abstract： The construction of application-oriented undergraduate specialty of computer science and technology guided by the development of local industries （enterprises） is studied in this paper. According to the requirements of the new engineering education construction， guided by the needs in Guangzhou for new industry and new economic development， the training objectives of computer science and technology specialty are made clear， the construction of professional talent training mode with combination of production and learning is deepened， and the curriculum system is optimized， to cultivate the applied talents with practical ability and innovative awareness.

0 引言

教育部《關于引導部分地方普通本科高校向應用型轉變的指導意見》明晰了地方高校轉型沿續發展的指導思想、基本思路和主要任務，明確了專業建設改革發展路徑，注重產學研結合，協同校內外資源創新人才培養機制，為計算機科學與技術專業轉型發展，培養出區域特別是廣州社會經濟發展需要的高素質應用型人才提供了大好機遇。

1 國內外研究現狀及機遇分析

1.1 應用型本科院校專業建設中存在的問題

⑴ 地方行（企）業發展調研不足 目前大部分應用型本科院校關于地方行（企）業發展對人才需求的調研做得不充分，帶來兩方面的問題：一是大學畢業生供給超出需求;二是新興行業或重點行業發展所需的人才遠遠不足。

⑵ 專業人才培養目標不明確 應用型本科培養的人才應是適應社會發展需要的、具有扎實理論基礎與實踐操作技能相結合的專門人才。人才培養目標的不明確在一定程度上導致了供給與需求的矛盾。……
