摘? 要:隨著工業現代化過程的發展,航空制造業的蓬勃興起和批量生產的需求要求組件的高度互換性以及對尺寸、位置和形狀的嚴格公差要求。在更高的自動化程度的基礎上,測量和檢查方法應該是高速、靈活和通用的,并且傳統的勞動儀器極大地限制了大批量的組裝和制造以及復雜零件的加工和組裝。特別是隨著信息技術的飛速發展,飛機組裝技術已經完全改變了數字時代。所有零件的加工和裝配數據均采用數字模擬傳輸的形式,并且在加工和裝配過程中對這些數據的檢查和控制無法完全滿足現代柔性制造和傳統形狀測量所需的更復雜形狀工件的需求。因此,本文分析和研究了數字現場測量技術在飛機框架裝配中的應用。

Abstract: With the development of industrial modernization,the booming aviation industry and the need for mass production required a high degree of interchangeability and size of components,strict tolerance requirements for position and shape.On the basis of greater automation,the measurement and inspection method should be high speed,flexible and versatile,and the traditional labor instruments greatly limited the mass assembly and manufacture as well as the processing and assembly of complex parts.Especially with the rapid development of information technology,aircraft assembly technology has completely changed the digital age.The processing and assembly data of all parts are in the form of digital analog transmission.And the inspection and control of these data in the process of processing and assembly can not fully meet the requirements of modern flexible manufacturing and traditional shape measurement of more complex shape workpiece.As a result,this paper analyzes and studies the application of digital field measurement technology in aircraft frame assembly.

飛機數字組裝方法不僅包括傳統數字組裝概念中的模具設計、制造和虛擬仿真,還包括其他自動組裝方法,例如柔性組裝方法和無模板框架組裝方法。飛機數字裝配技術是數字裝配技術、光學檢測和反饋技術、數字鉚接技術、數字集成控制技術等許多先進技術的綜合應用。數字組裝技術在組裝過程中實現了飛機的數字化、靈活性、信息化、模塊化和自動化組裝,將傳統的依靠手工或專用型架夾具的裝配方式轉變為數字化的裝配方式,將傳統裝配模式下的模擬量傳遞模式改為數字量傳遞模式。……
